Here you have proximity to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice rink, ski trails on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Charming old house in beautiful Grimnäs located by Revsundssjön. The house is modern but like all old houses it has its beauty errors. The house gives a lovely home feel with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and biking are just around the corner. Great as a base for excursions both winter and summertime. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and nice views. Nice patio with large lawn at the back. The main property is located on the same farm. Cats have been present in the home.

It is a 7-minute drive to Åre Östersund Airport and 7 km into Östersund city center. Good bus connections are available with lines 3 and 4. The bus stop is only 100 meters from the apartment and ICA is 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.

Sängplatser: sovloft 140 cm bredd och bäddsoffa 140 cm bredd = 4 sängplatser totalt. Tillhörande bäddmadrasser ger sköna sängar. Litet badrum med dusch, toalett och handfat. Matbord och fyra stolar. Stor uteplats i söderläge med bord och 4 stolar. Mindre men välutrustat kök med spis, kylskåp, micro och ugn. Utegrill. WIFI. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

Stay in the heart of nature in Nor on Ammerön. We rent out our "little house" (about 100 sqm) on the farm. There is a bed for 7 people, 4 single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed. Simple kitchen. Lovely extension with corner sofa, fireplace and TV, exit to the balcony. 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. On the upper floor, there is another corner sofa and TV, 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds and a double bed. Proximity to Revsundssjön and possibility to dock a boat.
