We have just had a wonderful long weekend at Mulberry View and our hearts are full! This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We spent a lot of time outside and to be able to swim in the sea each morning was just wonderful. The house is pristine, we ate in as we were a largish group and the kitchen is extremely well equipped and a great social space. Comfy beds, and a luxe feel to everything. Philip is a great host, very responsive. The teenage girls in the party popped round to the local arcade on a couple of evenings which they found great fun. A great stay.

Really personalized and individual space in a beautiful and serene setting. A great place to escape to. We had a wonderful time and were delighted to find a well stocked kitchen including fresh bread and a few other treats when we arrived. Definitely recommend.

We had such a lovely time at The Gables. It was a beautiful space and perfect for the whole family, we will definitely book again!

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

We absolutely love everything about South View and we all had a wonderful family weekend - it is such a joy to be able to walk straight out onto the beach. Thank you so much and we hope to return before too long : )

Ideal for a large family gathering, plenty of space indoors and outside. Perfect garden for children, and/or for adults to relax. We had three babies, a toddler, six adults and a dog, yet we didn't feel cramped. Easy walk to East Wittering beach, and cafes, pubs, and shops. 5 minute drive to West Wittering beach. Other places and attractions within a 30 min drive

We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage in a breathtaking location. Lindy’s place was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Lindy was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for two days on this occasion, but what an amazing two days they were. Lovely quiet place which was cosy. Great location to see Chichester, Bognor Regis, Portsmouth and Southampton. Can walk to beach within 30 mins. Comfortable place with all amenities. You need a car but not tricky to get onto main motorways. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Relaxing break, no traffic, serene.

Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your gorgeous cottage. It was the perfect venue and location for time away with friends. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The extra touches, like milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and toiletries, are very thoughtful. We recommend this cottage for anyone looking to visit the area and we would be very happy to stay again.

A true home away from home. It was a 10 minute bike ride to the beach on a route which was fine for our 5yo on his bike. The Lamb Inn does great food and only a few minutes walk away (and has a playground for kids!). Tilly and Tim were happy to let our boys use the football goals and trampoline in the garden which was a brilliant added bonus. There’s also a great swing (conveniently located enroute to the pub). A bit cold in April for the pool but our boys still gave it a go and Tilly and Tim kindly lent us wetsuits - the kids loved it! Overall, friendly and flexible hosts and a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at The Farthings. The pool was lovely, the location is great and the condition of the property was to a high standard. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Gary and Rachael's place is fantastic for a great holiday near to beaches and amenities. This is our third stay there. The static home has everything you need and is very clean, cosy, and peacefully located on the edge of the site close to countryside. The place is very dog friendly with walks a stone's throw from the home. Our dogs loved the safe enclosed veranda. We very much appreciated the extra touches and communication with the hosts was easy and straightforward. All our questions were answered immediately. Great hosts...we will definitely return.

We had a great stay at Tara’s place in East Wittering (2 Adults, 2 kids and 1 dog) despite some miserable weather. The place was well equipped, clean and modern and the location was fantastic with the beach and local cafes/pubs/restaurants close by. Would highly recommend and love to stay again!

Absolutely loved our week here! - really well equipped with everything we could have needed - nice welcoming touches with the chocolates, milk and prosecco - really responsive hosts who were always contactable if we had questions, and dropped extra gas for us when we needed it so we didn't need to change our plans - plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the lovely garden - perfect location so close to the beach, shops and restaurants - very comfy beds which were immaculate Thank you! We’ll definitely be coming to stay again! :)

This house is in an amazing location less than 5 minutes away from West Wittering beach. The living/dining/kitchen area is a great communal space and there were lots of different bedroom configuration to suit everyone. Just a shame the weather wasn’t better so we could enjoy the garden.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Nice outdoor area in a quiet location. Michelle very helpful and quick to respond. Short walk to beach and shops. West Wittering beach is definitely worth a visit. A few minutes in the car. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Bracklesham Bay at Esther’s home. It really felt like a home away from home, even down to how well stocked the kitchen is for families and the children’s playroom with lots of toys and books. The house was really well setup for families, its spacious, clean and comfortable. We were within a short walk of the beach which was perfect, and there is a lovely coffee shop close by. The garden of the house was perfect for some outdoor time with the children as well. Thank you to Esther for being so accommodating, we would recommend this home away from home!

Beautiful accommodation in an excellent situation central to all our needs. I gave five stars for everything as it was outstanding and could not recommend more highly. A lovely few days.

Awesome week in Selsey, great location, fab house and wonderful hosts. Linda and Barry were brilliant and very welcoming. We had treats when we got to the house and it was every homely and spotless. Beach is so close and great for the dog especially at low tide, although fishing is great at high tide. Easy walk to good pubs and restaurants. Thoroughly recommend.

silhouette cottage was beautiful and the countryside so peaceful. Our stay was not quite as we intended as my husband had a horrible accident in the early hours of our second day. Sarah went above and beyond to help. She immediately came in the middle of the night and calmed us both and called an ambulance . She then helped my family and kept in contact the whole time. I honestly would not have known how to deal with the situation without her help
