Great place. Very cute and clean. Host is very responsive and provided all information that we needed. The location is amazing too. Quick walk to the gorgeous beaches and the downtown area as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Cindy was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Everything was great, perfect location and perfect space for the two of us for our getaway. Air conditioning worked well in bedroom and living room/main area (I think some people previously commented on it being hot & the entry area is warm and not directly air conditioned, but the unit had several fans in the closet). We didn’t find this to be a problem at all for us. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The only “complaints” if you could even call them that was that the WiFi did not seem to work no matter what we did and the water pressure wasn’t ideal for my husband, yet didn’t bother me too much so maybe that’s subjective. Overall, the owners were very accurate with what was offered and received, and they were very responsive as well, answering any questions we had very quickly, and calling us when we had a small issue with parking at first when we got there. They were friendly and asked how everything was going during our trip and we appreciated that very much.

Stop what you are doing and BOOK THIS PLACE!! Clean and spacious home ✔️ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, condiments, spices, etc) ✔️ Tons of amenities like hot tub, fire pit, egg chairs, hibachi grill, golfing area, etc ✔️ All the beach equipment that you need (chairs, tent, snorkel, masks) ✔️ PLUS the best Host who was always quick to respond to any questions and even installed a new thermostat while we were there because the old one was messing up the temp and we like a cool 70 degrees at home ✔️ And if that wasn’t amazing enough, the host also took us on TWO BOAT TRIPS!!! All we paid for was the gas and any drinks or snacks that we wanted to bring (plus a tip since the boat tours were the highlight of the trip). Vlad knew all the best spots for private island time, snorkeling, and dolphin watching!! In all honesty I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if I wanted to write an accurate review or gatekeep this hidden gem… I decided not to gatekeep.

Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. From the moment you walk in the door you know you are about to have an amazing week! Beautiful everywhere you look inside and out! From enjoying sitting on the dock watching the wildlife, to relaxing in the spa everything was perfect! Short drive to white sand beaches and everything there is to love about beach towns and at the same time far enough away from the hustle and bustle making it almost impossible to not relax! Mara was by far the best host we have ever had! From prompt responses to all of our tourist questions, to giving specific locations to see manatees! She went above and beyond and made our trip one we will never forget! We’ve already been in contact to book another week! This is truly a an incredible place to stay! You will not be disappointed!!

Our host was awesome! Very responsive (within minutes) to requests or questions. Home was clean and exactly as described. All details were included, down to the beach towels, laundry detergent, and coffee filter’s. We were able to take our boat and tie up to their dock. Located near restaurants, grocery store, gas station, all within minutes. Neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. We had a great time and will return!

We would highly recommend staying here! Jeff and Alycia's beautiful home worked perfectly for our stay, and we would love to stay here again when we visit our family who lives nearby. Their home is Incredibly clean, welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The view outside is beautiful, and their townhome is located in a great gated community that is close to many restaurants and activities. They were very responsive and friendly and helped make our entire stay very enjoyable. You won't be disappointed!

Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay during our vacation! This was our first time in the Bradenton/AMI area, and we were blown away by this house. It was gorgeous, super spacious, and had everything we needed. Jeff and Shandra were amazing hosts - they responded to our messages super quickly whenever we had questions. The area itself is so charming and serene. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach. We used the kayaks a few times and even spotted some dolphins! We’d definitely come back and stay here again!

Very quaint little town. We brought the bikes and were able to bike everywhere. Very peaceful with minimal crowds. Hit the spot on the get away we wanted. Thanks!

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

Doris's AirBnB was exactly as listed. It was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. It was in the perfect location. We had no problems at all. I would definitely book again.

Five stars in every way. Location location location, everything is very close and convenient including the free shuttle that goes up and down the island. The home itself is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, and the place is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, towels, anything you need. You do need to take some stairs to get to the unit, but if you’re comfortable with that pick this place. I reached out to Martha several times with questions about the island and she responded very quickly and was helpful every time.

We had a lovely stay at 42 Gulf Blvd IRB! The house is comfortable, the beach area is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While we did experience a couple of issues during our stay, we truly appreciate how responsive and caring the management team was. They took our concerns seriously and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Their communication made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back and enjoyable beach experience!

Another wonderful trip to Siesta! This is our third stay in one of Evan’s places, and we were not disappointed. This unit had a great view of the Gulf (this particular building has the most direct view, without the parking lot!), and the screened in lanai was amazing! As always, the unit was clean, well-stocked, and a perfect home away from home. Already counting down the days till we return!
