The vacation home consists of a bright living room including a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, the sauna invites you to relax and from April to the end of October you can relax in the outdoor spa pool. The bathroom with shower is separated from the living room by a sliding door. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt.
