Glowing review. We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 children and we'll behaved small dog, our apartment was really lovely. The grounds around the Hall are just incredible. The Hall is steeped in history, grade 2 listed and has been brought back to life by the current owners Tim and Boris. The apartment was really well equipped, with a rainfall shower and excellent country location. Cromer beach is about 6 miles away. We aim to go back in the summer to enjoy the Hall in the sunshine. Thank you to both Tim and Boris for all the hard work you have put into the Hall we loved it and hope all future guests enjoy it as much as we did and treat it with the respect it deserves.

Our stay at the Koya was peaceful and comfortable and the hosts were lovely - including their beautiful dogs. Would highly recommend xx

The property was immaculate and in excellent taste. Travelnest is an intermediary (with the wrong phone number listed on Airbnb) but they put me in touch with Karen, the owner, who was wonderful. Unless pigeons count against it, this place was amazingly quiet despite being so near a main road.

Honeysuckle, cabin was really amazing, nice and clean very comfortable and extremely well equipped with quality bedding, toiletries along with everything you could possibly need. This is somewhere I would be very happy to visit again. The host Richard was very helpful and on hand if you needed him, but left us to enjoy the peace and tranquility, in this beautiful relaxing setting.

Shelley’s house is amazing. Could be more perfect. It was the most equipped house I have stayed in. Among the vast variety of glass the the only thing missing were champagne flutes, but we understand these break easily. The beds were super comfortable. The outside table sn chairs were lovely. We had the best weather an were in the garden the majority of the time. So clean and the decor was high end Shelley if you ever consider selling you house please reach out to me as I would love to buy it xx

We were a family of 4 plus a labrador and the home was very spacious and light. The area was quiet and peaceful and as dog walkers, we enjoyed the local nature reserve. I would recommend Marc and his property, because communication was good and the home was spacious and clean, plus it had board games, which we enjoyed playing.

The villa is gorgeous and stylish. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Andy is a great host and communication was very good. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Christine's lodge June 2025 for my 60th birthday; me, my partner and another couple, plenty of space for us. This is our second visit to this lodge (our first stay was Sept 2024) and it didn't disappoint. Exactly as we remembered and described in the listing, the lodge is beautiful with everything you need within it to make it comfortable. Felt like home from home but more serene with beautiful surroundings. The lodge park is remote but peaceful, yet not far from lots of local amenitities if you want them (note they are driving distance, not walking distance!) but this is exactly as we wanted it. Hot tub is perfect, not overlooked by anyone. Christine is a great host and her communication/updates couldn't be better. She replies promptly to messages and the detailed instructions regarding access to the lodge, 'house rules' and location could not be faulted. Thank you Christine and hopefully it won't be long before we can visit again x

A lovely stay, in a lovely house. Perfectly situated for being right in the middle of town, which our boys loved as the weather wasn’t great this time.. so the amusements got a fair few visits. Lovely kitchen and great for the extended family we had come with us. Christian was so accommodating with us having a young son with diabetes and travelling with insulin. Lovely welcome pack too, which was much appreciated. Thank you !

We loved this place. Such a great setting, great design. Well kitted out, and comfy. Sophie was really helpful and we loved our stay. We saw barn owls and loads of other wildlife, went for walks, cooked and just really enjoyed being in the space. The single bed rooms are slightly different to what we thought ( not worse just in different rooms) but other than that it was as it looks. A special place to stay & definitely want to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in Suffolk for a 3 day wedding as an extended family group and the house was the perfect base. The house is very comfortable- especially the beds - and everything has been thought of. It is also very very clean. The courtyard is beautiful. We would thoroughly recommend!

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

my wife and I stayed the at the Hay loft for a short U.K honeymoon after the wedding and we honesty were blown away with the quality of the accommodation. so many little details were thought of, from the fresh jam and bread waiting for us to the beautiful details of the accommodation itself...my wife said she could tell it was designed with a woman's touch! we thought the "honesty bar" was a really nice idea as well! All the toiletries were even high quality and we honestly couldn't have asked for better! the accommodation was also on beautiful private grounds, and my wife loved saying good morning to the sheep as we set off out for the day! we only went to 1 of the pubs close by, the bridge, but oh my goodness the food was spectacular; and right on the water! We both agreed that we'll be returning for another visit, possibly an anniversary treat. thank you so much for making our few days away that bit more special by giving us such a beautiful place to stay!

We had the most amazing family stay for our mum's 60th birthday. The house was beautiful, interesting and fun. It had enough for all ages to do and the outside pool, tubs and eating space was perfect. We were so lucky with the weather and instead of going out to do expensive activities we made the most of the house, fishing, park and pub (so family friendly). We would definitely come back but would avoid the middle of summer as the house did get extremely hot, especially upstairs. It wouldnt put us off going back though.
