Just beautiful. Reading reviews prior to booking, all of the comments come true. Next to trains, sure! Barely heard them. Neighborhood was quiet. Not pretty on the outside? It’s not bad at all. Lovely little side street, super quiet. The skylights make the bedroom super bright but doesn’t wake you up at 5/6 am and at night you can lie in bed and see the stars. Something surprising the other reviews didn’t mention was the bay window with a huge carpeted base and soft fluffy cushions. My favourite thing about here. I was so mad I didn’t bring a book.! The art which has been mentioned is super cool too. We met the parents who were lovely and Logan himself was always quick with an answer to any questions. One thing to mention, no microwave…by no means a big issue but just in case you’re a reheater it’s stove and toaster oven. Laundry inside a bonus too! We loved it to the point of asking if he would consider renting! I would definitely book here again in a heartbeat . Thank you Logan ❤️

We truly enjoyed our stay! It was close to the conference location and our family. It is a perfect location. The place had everything we needed to make our stay as perfect as it was. We will definitely book here again when we are next in Brantford. We highly recommend booking this space!

Small space - as advertised - convenient parking. Nice coffee shop nearby. Plenty of bottle water provided. Host responded to questions very promptly. Comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Very friendly, responsive, and accomodating hosts. A great house for those traveling with a family. Thanks again!
