Monthly Rentals in Breakers

From the get go we felt very welcome and at home. Harriet and her assistant, Tia were both there to greet us upon arrival and settled us into the property. The cottage is beautifully appointed with quality furnishings and appliances and spotlessly clean. The setting is wonderful : pristine beach, extremely quiet and it felt like we were on our own island paradise. Plenty of furniture in the well manicured gardens, which lead straight onto the beach with plenty of options for sun and shade. We particularly enjoyed taking the kayaks out early each morning into the large bay area with still and beautifully clear warm water. Thank you Harriet for a wonderful and memorable stay in your beautiful property !

This is the second time we have stayed at Edy’s. It is close to our destination of travel within the islands and also close to places to eat and shop. It is quiet, peaceful, and perfect size for two with all the amenities needed! We will most definitely be staying here again! Edy is an amazing host! Always willing to help at any time! He goes above and beyond!

Old Man Bay Villa #2 was an excellent home base while we explored Grand Cayman. It had all the amenities of home. The host rented a pack 'n play and high chair for our little girl. When we needed replacement batteries for one of their TV remotes, Olis and his wife Hiry were there within the hour to bring us new batteries. They also brought over extra kid toys and sun/bug care items for us. I would not hesitate to recommend or rent from them in the future!
