On my first visit in 2018, I lost my heart to this beautiful valley, the absolute tranquility, the great views, the blue sky with its stars, sun and moon. The first house was built directly and since then I have been welcoming guests in every season. 2 years later, I was able to purchase the neighboring house and open another vacation residence including an apartment. Since I am very often fully booked, and many guests come several times a year, I decided on another house! bienvenue 😍

Numerous hikes start from the house, the river at the bottom of the village, a grocery store, and an organic bakery.

Les Songes d'Augustine is a tribute to an old lady, our home. With the utmost respect for our elders, we renovated it with all our heart while preserving its soul of yesteryear. Preserving its beams, its stones and adding touches of comfort and modernity. Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.

I am a watercolour artist living in the south of France and I am delighted to offer you my home to stay in and enjoy the simple pleasures of country living. The adorable village of Salasc, surrounded by the lake, hills and rambling vineyards is a favourite spot for anyone who enjoys the outdoor rustic lifestyle. Lake Salagou, just 5 mins away, provides a natural swim spot, opportunities for sailing, canoeing and other water activities.

If you are looking for peace and nature, enjoy our independent and isolated house nestled in an exceptional site on its private 2 ha property bordered by a stream. An unheated natural pool located on a terrace can be used in summer depending on the weather. House fully equipped with all modern equipment (reversible air conditioner, wood stove, equipped kitchen). Access by private dirt road of about 200 meters (beware of low cars).
