Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Breckenridge

The most beautiful home set back in a private cove atop the mountain. The home was in pristine condition and had all the amenities our family of 10 needed. Heated floors, hot tub, pool table and plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and more. The house has many bells and whistles, too many to list! The property is about a 10 minute drive from Main Street and Peak 8 ski lifts. I will say Ubers were a bit hard to get if needed, especially if you need one for more than 4 people. If you need an airport shuttle, I cannot say enough great things about Summit Express, they went above and beyond! Overall, this property was excellent with great communication from the owners. We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Sharon thought of everything a guest could need and provided it, from cozy throw blankets to bath salts to a well-stocked kitchen. Our group of four was so comfortable there and the setting is so peaceful. Sharon is an excellent communicator. She gave detailed instructions and responded immediately with o all inquiries. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time in Breckenridge for a last-minute long weekend to enjoy some spring skiing. The home is close to town, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Enjoyed the hot tub on the deck after skiing. Hosts were flexible with check-in/out and very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 7 with pets! Kasey was extremely flexible, allowing us to check in early and was very responsive. She checked in multiple times with us throughout our stay which was very nice! The home is exactly as described and very beautiful. We had no issues and everything was very clean. Very well stocked for supplies/appliances also, only needed to buy groceries! We would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here and definitely would stay here again. There place is right on a river. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the water. There is also a walking path right there so it was easy to walk to restaurants. The house is well equipped to make cooking there easy if you like to do that. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is right outside there place which was convenient after hiking all day. Chris was very responsive to questions and check in/out was very easy.

We had a wonderful stay and this was a great place to just get away. We immediately felt right at home, lots of family friendly amenities (pack and play, kid games, kid friendly dishes, & high hair). Easy to get to downtown Frisco and walkable to a nice creek. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Great place in a great location. Perfect with 2 young kids. It was clean, as-described, nice pool and hot tub and it was very convenient to have kids plates and silverware in the kitchen. It was very nice to sit in the morning and listen to the river and look at the mountains on the balcony. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and things to do next to Keystone ski resort, most of which were closed during our visit, but the host warned us of this ahead of time and we went in the off season for a reason, so this was not an issue. This place is a great starting point for a Rocky Mountains vacation, we would stay here again.

found this spot while traveling and riding at breck. it is a bit far (30 min), but it was a great place to stay. Bed and pillows were great! The secluded nature of it and the rural surroundings were very peaceful and nice at night. So many stars to see at night! I would recommend as long as you are okay with the distance. Dave and Miriam were sweet and friendly hosts!

Clint and Carina have a wonderful place located in Breckenridge. Just a short walk from downtown. I’ve rented many places in Breckenridge and the location of this place was amazing because of the ease of walk to the city. Plus being able to ski in at the end of the day was awesome. It’s just a short walk to the snowflake chair which got my heart going in the morning, which was perfect. Carina‘s communication through the course of my stay was awesome. I haven’t started planning my trip for next year, but I would easily stay in this location if it’s available thanks again Carina and Clint for allowing me and my family to utilize your home.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

My wife and I came to Breckenridge for our grandson’s destination wedding. The accommodations we booked were absolutely perfect. The king size mattress was very comfortable and, with two full bathrooms, my wife and I were each able to have our own. Thoughtful touches abounded, such as a power strip next to the bed and a fresh bag of Peets coffee in the kitchen. And many more thoughtful surprises. The joyful sound of cascading water three floors down from our balcony was sublime. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this location in Breckenridge. We will be back!

This place was exactly what we were looking for — private, peaceful, and so cozy. The property gave us tons of space to unwind, and our dogs were in heaven running around and exploring. We loved using the wood-burning fireplace in the evenings and grilling during the day. Instructions were clear and the host was great. This home felt like a perfect little escape, and we would absolutely stay again.

We chose to have a small family gathering with our 3 kids to celebrate my husband's birthday here, it was amazing, this home had alot of charm. I loved the sunroom the view in morning was amazing, the family enjoyed playing pool in evenings. it was nice to get away and enjoy family time. It was so peaceful I would highly recommend staying here.

LOVED this airbnb, one of the best I've stayed at. Perfect for 2 families with young kids. Wonderful outdoor kids play area, parents hanging out on the deck, really nice indoor hang out areas, and beautiful hiking just 5 minutes away. I think it's really likely we will stay here again. Oh, and the beds were comfortable, (good, new mattresses) which is SO important.

We stayed here for our wedding, and we could not be happier with our stay. We had everything we needed, and it was a nice, quiet place to get away. A bit far from stores and restaurants, but we were prepared and loved to cook at the house. Scenery was beautiful, I loved waking up to the mountain sunrise every morning. Cozy says it all. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. Beautiful home nicely decorated. We all enjoyed our stay. We even saw Mr. Fox one morning, that was super cool. All rooms very clean, neat and comfortable. Loft area was a great spot for our teenage boys. The hot tub was great, my only concern was the path to get to the hot tub was very Icey due to lots of snow, so we had to be extra careful. We all had a great week.

It was a beautiful place with a great location. You are close to town, but you don’t feel like it. It’s very peaceful and amazing. There was so much wildlife and the it’s amazing. Whether it’s from the bedroom or the kitchen/living room you have an amazing view that is easy to watch wildlife from.

Had an amazing time at the cabin! Absolutely beautiful space with tons of amenities, functional kitchen, games and TV, Cosy bedrooms. The property is beautiful, lots of privacy and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. Perfect weekend getaway for my birthday, highly recommend!

Although we live in Denver, our family of 4 likes to get away for a few days during the week sometimes. The home was very cozy and just what we were looking for. Very private, but close enough to town to do easy day trips with our two toddlers. Would definitely recommend for any small families or groups, as it perfect for a family vacation.
