This delightful house is tucked away in a grove of trees overlooking the Vermont Saltpan,which is a bird sanctuary. Recent solar panels on the roof feed into a battery and inverter system. Loadshedding is no longer an issue. This tastefully furnished, four bedroom home, is fully equipped caters for upto 8 guests. The perfect place to getaway from it. The Saltpan is fed only by rainfall and run-off from the mountains and in years when there has been low rainfall the pan often dries out.

Charming house with seperate one bedroom flat that feels like holiday. Beautiful mountain views and walking distance from lagoon and swimming beach. Close to excellent restaurants and shops. Hermanus is just a few kilometres away. Due to the nature of the town we very strictly do not allow any parties or loud music, as set out in the house rules. Unfortunately no group bookings for under 25’s. Inverter and battery powered during load shedding-ensuring continious power to the property.

This amazing 3 bedroom cottage, all with en-suite bathrooms, sleep 6 guests. Fully fitted open plan kitchen, lounge with fireplace and dining room. Patio with comfortable garden furniture and large wood fired hot tub. The house is 1.2 km from center of town and restaurants. An easy 1.5 km stroll from our famous cliff paths and whale watching.

Beautiful relaxing Hermanus home

Private electricity back up.This beautiful family home has wonderful mountain views and is a 8 minute walk to the beach. It has spacious living space with stacking doors onto the outside deck and also has doors leading onto a wind-protected courtyard with BBQ. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 are en-suite and the other 2 share a family bathroom. The house has satellite TV, iPad docking station and the kitchen is fully equipped. The garage has a table tennis table and a dart board.

Well loved family beach home in Voelklip. Beautiful mountain views and flanked by cape fynbos. Walk out of the door onto the contour path, or join the mountain bikers onto the jeep track.
