This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Our holiday home with a private swimming pool is located on the Riviera of Omis. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom and mini-bar, while on the upper floor there is the living part and one more bathroom. The floors are connected by external stairs. Next to the swimming pool, there is a barbecue and a spacious terrace with panoramic view on the sea and islands. Mimice is a small place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. It is located 12 km away from the town of Omis.

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. Our stylish accommodation is great for group trips. The villa consists of two semi-detached houses, each with its own kitchen and two bathrooms. The larger house has three bedrooms, the smaller one has two. Both offer their own terrace to relax. A barbecue invites you to cozy evenings. Pool area and sun deck can be shared. A total of four parking spaces are available for our guests.
