Monthly Rentals in Breña

We enjoy accommodation from the 1st day to the last. Everything was clean and tidy, they were always attentive to our needs and concerns. You have everything inside the apartment to be at ease. The area is quiet and you have everything at hand for anything you may need. We stayed with a child and the building had a very pleasant play area for his enjoyment. 24-hour surveillance and an impeccable building without noise or anything like that. It was the best choice!! I recommend it and we would return without thinking.

Two of us stayed for over two weeks for business. Great space to work from the apartment and convenient to meetings in Lima. Cooked in the kitchen nearly every day and fully equipped - knives could use sharpening but only complaint I can think of. Nice staff loaned us a cart to take groceries to the apartment. Strong wifi throughout. Used on site laundry and respectable exercise area (small fee for the gym). Would happily stay there again. Good value.

Rosa’s place is great, very clean, comfortable and with everything you need, well ventilated and maintained, the area is safe, many stores around to shop from and very easy to get around either by foot or to get transportation. I highly recommended this place and definitely would love to stay on Rosa’s place again on my next trip.
