The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Excellent communication with the host. Chiara provided lots of recommendations on what to do and where to eat without me asking. Shout out also to Julia who helped us during checkin and checkout and called me immediately to let me know that I have left my shoulder bag with some valuables!

In San Marco area on Venice and everything you could want to do in Venice. Apartment was clean and well organized with a fabulous view of the canal and gondolas. Laundry was located on the top floor and my children really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasant stay at Barbara's house, everything went well and the host was very friendly, helpful and approachable. The house was very cleaned, spacious and cozy, and surrounded by serene environment, definitely worth to stay here.

Andrea was a great host! So accommodating and kind, and very responsive and helpful when we had questions about anything. The place was as depicted and had the comfiest bed. Views from the balcony were beautiful!

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

If you are even thinking about Lorenzo’s place, do not hesitate! His home is so beautiful and quaint. He has everything you need. He made us feel at home and was very helpful with ideas of places to eat, grocery stores and places to see. There were three of us ladies traveling from the US and he made us feel safe and secure. He responds very quickly to messages and we had no issues at all with his place. His home is very neat and clean. We felt safe walking throughout the neighborhood. If my travels ever take me back to Venice, I will definitely stay at Lorenzo’s place! The tram and bus stops are within walking distance from his home. The airport is about 15 minutes drive away and Venice Mestre, the train station is about a 10 minutes drive away. You will not regret staying at Lorenzo’s place. I would rate him higher is they had more than 5 stars!! He is definitely a “Super” super host!!

Die Unterkunft war super und die Kommunikation war auch immer Top. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Häuschen- also genau richtig zum abschalten;). Der Pool war klasse und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub .

We stayed for a weekend in Venice. This place was great, very easy to reach and we discovered the city by foot from the apartment. Very welcoming hosts and we received some great recommendations for the area, thank you!

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

Les chambres sont grandes, il y a suffisamment de place pour tout le monde — on s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison. L’accueil était chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme tout en étant proche de tout. La ligne de bus 6, à quelques minutes à pied, nous a permis de rejoindre Venise facilement en moins de 15 minutes — très pratique ! Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter. Encore merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Bien a vous!

Struttura molto pulita ed accogliente con tutti i servizi! In caso di dubbi o perplessità è stato sempre attivo, peccato esserci stato solo per una notte perché era come essere a casa! Such a great AirBnb experience! The location was in a central area and exactly what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and the management so helpful! They helped arranged our transportation to and from the condo which took a lot of stress off on me to figure out transfers! Highly recommend!

Authentic and exquisite. Every room featured stunning Murano glass chandeliers. The space was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed with great amenities. Located in a quiet, peaceful area, it offered a perfect retreat. The host went above and beyond—graciously guiding us when we had trouble finding the location and helping us navigate the water taxis. Andrea was a wonderful host. He provided great information to make arrival smooth and easy, was always responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave advice on dealing with a train strike scheduled for the day of departure. This was a great place to stay. The apartment is beautiful. It is just a few minutes walk from some of the main attractions in town and also very close to the nearest water taxi stop. But even with the prime location, it was a very quiet place to sleep.

Very comfortable space and beds. Large bathroom. Kitchenette has the basics. The two rooms are separate and connected with a corridor.
