Studio on the Quai de Caligny on the 1st floor with balcony, very bright. Restaurants are located just below the building. Beautiful view of the port. Naval Group is a 10-minute drive. For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the lobby that monitors the comings and goings. You will have tenants above your studio since it is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator and the staircase is narrow.

Fully renovated in 2024, this 90 sqm house proposes a high quality service on 2 floors and will accommodate up to 4 persons for an unforgettable stay. The house is a 15 min drive from the sea and 35 min drive for the D-Day beaches.

Charming 60 m² house with private terrace, fully equipped, part of an old farmhouse dating from 1793, where we also reside. The property is completely independent with independent access. You may cross our path in the garden, and why not leave with some plants as a souvenir! Comfortable, peaceful and bathed in light, this two-story house can accommodate up to 3 people.
