We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in Cape Cod! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you need.. It’s clean, charming, and feels like a true getaway spot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wish we could have stayed longer! A fun, cute little hidden spot with lots to do around! Maureen was an awesome and sweet host! We hope to be back in future!!!

The perfect house for a family vacation! From outside, the yard was well manicured, the fire pit and Adirondack chairs were great and the grill and outdoor table were perfect for a night of grilling out. On the inside, the house was beautifully decorated. Comfortable sectional couch, kitchen had everything we needed, both bathrooms were very clean and all beds were very comfortable! The house had everything we needed to to have a comfortable stay!! Oh yea…the beach wagon with chairs and umbrella was very convenient. Quick walk to end of the street and we were at the beach!! 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely home on Cape Cod. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook breakfast and appetizers and feel right at home. One of the highlights was the beautiful view—perfect for relaxing mornings or evenings. The location is also great, just a short distance from the Cape Cod Canal, which was perfect for walking and biking. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway on the Cape!

Our stay at this home in Yarmouth was wonderful. It is in such a nice location! Janice was a wonderful host and very responsive to all of my communication. This home has such charm.

James was very responsive to several problems we had with the property. He immediately asked if we wanted him to come out to fix the issue. All in all, it is a wonderful place, perfect for a family reunion! The downstairs space is perfect for kids to watch TV and play games. We expect to rent this property again! Thank you

Joshua's place was the PERFECT place for our dad's 70th birthday! The 9 kids had an amazing time between the pool and game barn there was constant entertainment for all ages! If you have a big family/group this is the spot!

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

We loved our stay in Justin’s home. The house is well-stocked, beds are comfortable, and our family had plenty of room. Justin was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Renting towels and sheets was new for us, but it was easy and all set up for us when we arrived. We loved the huge front porch and enjoyed coffee and the quiet neighborhood outdoors each morning. We would definitely return if we make another trip that way.

We had a great time. Although the weather did not let us get to the beach. There was a lot to do. Quick 30 minute ride to Provincetown. Cottage was more than enough room. Tea kettle and k cup coffee maker were perfect. Cozy and warm. Didn’t need the air conditioners since it was only 60 degrees but a great option. We would love to do this again. Host was proactive and very responsive to any questions. Thank you Andrei.

Michaels place was great! Michael was very communicative and allowed us to check in when we arrived a bit early. He kindly left us a welcome basket, everything was clean, and the backyard setup was great!

Maura and Michael’s home was perfect for my family of 5. We were in town for a long weekend. The home was clean and stocked with everything we could have needed. The location is great. Walkable to a few places including Brooks park. It is a quick 5 min ride to downtown Harwichport and the beach. Maura was easily available and flexible when we wanted to extend our stay for a night.

Casey is much more than a considerate host, she really cares for her guests and has been more than helpful to us. We had kind of an emergency, the very last day and without her help would not have made it to our flight. She even helped us find a friend of her who returned our car back to the company where we rent it. The house is very well situated, only a few minutes from the sea. Staying with Casey is a good choice.

The cottage was a perfect place for a quiet girls weekend - we loved being able to walk into town and to the beach, close to great restaurants, but still tucked away from the street so we could enjoy a quiet stay! Very clean home and well stocked kitchen - our only regret was not having more time to enjoy the backyard patio! Host was warm and proactive in communicating. Would certainly stay here again!

Our week on the Cape was so restorative. This was a cozy stay with a comfortable bed. We ended up sleeping in most days because we were so comfortable. The heating system and fireplace added to the cozy cabin feel. Well-stocked with linens, towels, and tp/paper towels. A variety of board games were available and we had a game night. Hard to believe I've been with my husband over 9 years and didn't know he never played Yahtzee. A coffee machine, electric kettle, and air fryer were available for use. There is also a dishwasher and stove. Leah checked on us during our journey to make sure we got in okay and recommended some great food options. Dennisport is a great central location for traveling around the Cape. Brax Landing, Grumpy's, and City Tap were among our favorites.

We have stayed in several places in Cape Cod and the Brewster area and this was one of the best. House was great and very well equipped. AC in the main bedroom was very quiet which is a rarity so we loved that. The location is excellent - very close to the Rail Trail which gives quick access to Cobie’s, JT’s, bookstore and Ocean Edge (which now opens their front lawn for food, drinks and games!). We spent a lot of time at the lake which is incredibly beautiful and very quiet - it’s a short walk but you can also drive and park easily in case you have heavy things to take. The kids (9 and 10), loved it all as well- especially the lake and the “very comfy couch” :)

The listing was accurate, however when walking into this home the thought was “Wow”, this is a beautiful home.The kitchen was magnificent and for the first time in an Airbnb, had sharp knives! And was well stocked. The welcoming cookies were such a welcome sight! It was clean, plenty of sheets, towels and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The outdoor patio was spacious and well furnished. The beach was less than a half mile away and just perfect. We as a family have been coming to the Cape for thirty years and this was by far, the best home, period.
