Surrounded by amazing countryside, Provençal hills and forest, yet only a short walk to the town centre. It is truly a perfect location. Situated on the border of Provence and the Alps, heaven for hikers, bikers, runners, walkers and swimmers as well a nature, food, history and art lovers.

Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

42m2 apartment adjoining our house with independent entrance located in the hamlet of "L 'egaye". You will find a living room/kitchen with TV, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer fridge/freezer, "Dolce gusto" coffee maker and dishwasher. A bedroom with 160 cm bed and a shower room including a large walk-in shower and a toilet + 1 washing machine. An outside space with table/chairs. "La P'tite Maison" is dear to my heart since it is the house where I was born. Built in the heart of the village in 1956 at the same time as the dam. And tastefully renovated by my husband. You will find a pleasant interior to live in and exteriors that call you to relax with a covered terrace to enjoy aperitifs and meals. Fenced garden. In the village you will find all the convenience stores as well as 3 playgrounds for children
