28 m2 apartment fully renovated on the 1st floor of our house in a quiet neighborhood with 18 m² south-facing terrace, unobstructed view of the mountains. 1 room with equipped kitchenette, living room with TV, WiFi, sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and two bunk beds (90x190cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal accommodation for 2, possible up to 4 people. Parking in a private car park. 900 m from the city center and train station.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

The staircase leading to the bedrooms is steep but well equipped with handrails, but this must be taken into account for people with mobility difficulties. Access is completely independent.
