Holiday rentals with a patio in Brighton, Brighton and Hove

As far as location, design, and comfort (all my top priorities), this apartment couldn't be better. It was a great choice, and I'll stay there again when I return to Brighton!

A beautiful, characteristic gem a stones throw from the beating heart of Brighton. Such a clean and unique place, and an excellent, responsive and kind host. Will absolutely be coming back to stay again, was such a great space to stay in while coming back to visit Brighton with a friend.

We spent a lovely few days at Kasia's flat. It's very conveniently situated and surprisingly peaceful. It's very light, comfortable, clean and felt spacious.

Peaceful place with a spacious bedroom and lovely, spacious garden. (Garden photos really undersell it, it was a nice little subtrap). Being somewhere quiet and close to the sea was important - and this place delivered! Million amenities within minutes walk as well.

Fabulous place just as advertised. Highlights - very clean with comfortable bed. Brighton town very accessible by bus or within a thirty minute walk. Friendly staff. Vicky met us and showed us around the property. Would definitely stay again.

I had such a lovely time in Brighton and this Airbnb was great! Has everything you need plus more, in a great location - close to the train station and is an easy walk to get to the beach!

Wendy and Roger made us feel very welcome. They made sure there was coffee, bread, milk etc. 🙏🏼 The accommodation is fully equipped and very, very clean! The environment is breath taking. Id you love nature/walking, this is a great place. Furthermore Brighton is only a 20-minute drive away.

We had a great stay here! The Garden Room was clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and in a perfect location in Brighton. Hosts were friendly and very accommodating, thank you for a lovely stay!

Great peaceful location between station, city centre and beach! Felt very safe. Really comfy mattresses. Very responsive host who was happy to help. Nice shower in clean bathroom. Would stay again. Garage fine for small car.

Tamsin was great and responded very promptly. A lovely welcome basket was appreciated after a long flight as well as an early check in. The house was perfectly located between town and my family so we could get everywhere without a car as parking is not easy in Brighton.

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

After the nightmare of our other Airbnb in Brighton that we booked, James was like a knight in shining armour. He really helped us out of a tight squeeze by providing his property to us with only an hours notice. When we arrived at the house there was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with fresh fruit and flowers. The property was spotless and only a 20 min walk from the pier. His communication was fantastic and I can see why he has been rated so highly. I cannot rate him or his property highly enough and would definately stay there again on my next visit to Brighton. Fantastic place for a visit to nearby family. Mark was a great host, the location was perfect and the flat was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again!

Lovely, well-decorated apartment - easy stay for two people. Only a five-minute walk down to the seafront and close to the Pier, and only a ten-minute walk to the Laines. Fair warning that staying in the summer means you'll want to bring a fan or sleep with the window open. The front window opens onto the street, so it's not great to leave open at night, but it's lovely during the day. Some people smoke in the alley behind the apartment, so it's also occasionally not great with the open bedroom window.

Lovely accommodation just the right area for us, easy to find with clear instructions. Very clean and had all we needed for our stay with convenience store right next door. David responded to any messages very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Natalie's apartment was amazing. very clean and in a great spot! the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was very fully stocked. the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. would be more than happy to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wendy and Terry's flat. We received a very warm welcome and the flat itself was lovely, homely and had everything we needed (with lots of lovely unexpected extras). Communication throughout was 10/10 and we really appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would be very happy to stay there again!
