Located on the edge of the South Downs National Park near Brighton, Brambles Pool Terrace Spa is a private terrace on a south facing slope, with a series of log cabins and a gazebo with BBQ and Pizza Oven. The Spa cabin has a Finnish style hot tub and sauna, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a separate poolside toilet and shower. Brambles is ideal for access to Brighton, Glyndebourne, Brighton Marina, Seven Sisters and a fabulous place for remote working.

Our place is a lovely, cosy home in a quiet residential street, with good public transport links to Brighton city centre where The Lanes are great for shopping, visit the seafront, and stunning scenery of the South Downs. Only 1 hr to London, 40 min to Gatwick. We have a large garden, beautiful working fireplace, ambiance, peace, stylish and comfortable living with many local shops just a 2 min walk. Great for couples, families (with kids), 3 generation families (kids and grandparents too!).

Full access to a large 2-acre garden , heated outdoor swimming pool, and several outdoor lounge areas, (outdoor areas shared with other guests and hosts), this is the perfect countryside escape for families and larger groups. The West Wing sleeps up to 4 (2 in the master, 2 in the twin bedroom). With advance notice the property can accommodate a further 3 on comfortable air mattresses (see photos).

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.
