Uniquely situated on a rural property that sits above Nelson and just a short drive from both Nelson Airport and Nelson City centre. Located up a winding, private, gravel driveway approx 1km from the road **MAX 20km speed limit on this winding, gravel driveway!. ‘The Lookout' is separate from our home (located at the far end of our double garage) self-contained and completely private. Our cozy unit features a private deck, queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

There's a comfy queen bed, a single bed and a pull-out double sized sofa bed. Sit outside with a coffee or cocktail and BBQ in the all-day sun. You also have full use of on-site facilities - wifi, large lounge, gym and games room. Washing machine and dryer (at a cost).
