Monthly Rentals in Brisas de Zicatela

10/10 experience! The apartment is so beautiful and spacious in a great neighbourhood. It is conveniently located between La Punta and Zicatela beach, and very quiet, which I loved. Waking up to the ocean view everyday was amazing and the private rooftop terrace was such an added bonus! Hosts Reyna and David were so kind and helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. I kept extending my stay which tells you everything you need to know - I found it hard to leave! It goes without saying that I will be back. Highly recommend!

Very quiet, just as seen in photos. All very friendly! Loved it

Matt and Shauna were very kind. They allowed me to check in early due to when my taxi would be arriving. They also were open and communicative when an issue arose, and went out of their way to try to work through it with me. They are honest people who clearly care about the home, and providing a good stay. Not to mention, if you like to cook, this is one of the few AirBnb's in the area with a 6 burner stove, and full-sized oven! The TV was a nice touch, too. And the couch was very comfortable. Thank you Matt and Shauna, and I wish you guys the best of luck in the future.
