The house offered by Laurent is perfect for hosting a family or several travelers. The area is quiet, 10 minutes from the access to Lake Bourget. Gresy train station is only a few minutes from the house, making it easy to visit Annecy. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and in all respects in accordance with the description. Laurent was proactive in facilitating our access to the house, and was super responsive in responding to our few requests. Great, we'll be back.

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Housing is as described and even better than in the photos. The bedding is very good, everything is very clean and well renovated. The accommodation is also suitable for children. Thank you to our hosts for the special attention, with the warmth Jacques and Frédérique provided us with a fan. We would definitely recommend this place.

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large sunshade. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Jean and Dominique's. The studio is on the ground floor of their home but they are discreet. The studio is perfectly equipped, oven and microwave, the bathroom is spacious, the garden accessible for children and the view of the mountains. We'll come back if we get the chance. Thank you!

Excellent stay, very quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful garden and panoramic. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities, the bedding is very comfortable. The terrace is large and pleasant, equipped with a table and chairs I was able to have lunch outside while enjoying the setting. Muriel is a friendly and discreet host. Beautiful apartment in a newly renovated residence. Pleasant host who allowed us to arrive earlier than expected at the Airbnb. Accommodation near the lake, the environment conducive to both rest and the many activities near the lakes on sunny days.

Everything was perfect for this short stay. Sébastien is particularly available and attentive, while remaining discreet. The apartment is very well equipped, and the view from the terrace is incredible, especially at sunrise. Would definitely stay again.

Only one night at Ludovic's but it was perfect. Excellent bedding and cool apartment, without air conditioning, while it was 35 degrees outside. Great experience.

We stayed one night as a family with our 3-month-old baby. Everything went well, the accommodation is clean and well located. Note that there is no elevator to access the accommodation if you have a stroller. Our baby suffered from the lack of air conditioning (hot weather that we didn't expect) but fortunately there was a small fan for naps and at night!

My husband, toddler, and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, perfect for our little family. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions yet quiet enough for restful nights. Parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going with a toddler much less stressful. Mikael and Sarah were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, always quick to answer our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The little touches throughout the home made it feel warm and welcoming. We would highly recommend this place to families or anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

2-night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful view of the mountain and also of the outdoor parking, large studio with everything you need (bed linen, coffee, internet). The plus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so it's complicated to find your way from the basement to the exit. I did not meet Alain (independent arrival) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

Very pleasant stay in Aix les Bains in Marie Claire's apartment. Marie Claire is a very available, responsive and friendly host. The accommodation is ideally located, close to Lake Bourget and the city center. The apartment is clean and nice. We had a lovely stay!

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tony's accommodation. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very cozy. He provided us with a crib and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's dishes, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products... Those things that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A totally recommended accommodation and host😊

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of the restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. You feel good there. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.

We spent 10 days at Christophe's accommodation. Very discreet, he responds very quickly to any question. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. The exterior is just incredible, with its different parts (meals, plancha, large garden lounge, deckchairs, swimming pool), all surrounded by trees and flowers. The Salto dog is adorable and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet, it is easy to park in front of the house; due to the heat wave, we only traveled by car. The city center is 8 minutes away, the lake 10 minutes away. There is also a shopping center less than 10 minutes away. In short, I recommend this rental.
