La tiny a une localisation parfaite à seulement 10min du centre ville d’Angers en voiture. À pied : Bus = 5min. Tramway = 15min. Boulangerie/pharmacie/tabac = 5min Cuisine toute équipée avec four, grille-pain, frigo, plaque électrique. Salle de bain avec douche pluie, toilettes sèches ! P.S : 2 chats peuvent rendre visite en journée :)

Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.
