Come Relax and Enjoy the Breathtaking Views

Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

The house is called Casa Piccolo Nido, which means "little nest" in Italian. It's located in an historic nucleus with winding pathways and beautiful old homes. The house is a small but spacious three rooms rustico, with a cozy atmosphere, which includes a fire place. There are three floors. The neighborhood is very quiet, even in summer, for a nice relaxing get away close to nature. The hosts are always close by for any last minute necessities. Wi-Fi only from next door signal.
