The beach, café and small shop are 100 m from the apartment.

Sandy Bay

Sandy Bay apartment is located 400 meters from the center of Lumbarda, and offers an accommodation unit with cooking equipment. It is only 100 meters away from the famous sandy beach Pržina. Free parking and WiFi are available. The apartment has two air conditioners, a seating area, 2 TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. It also has its own bathroom with shower and washing machine. The furnished balcony overlooks the sea. There are numerous vineyards and wine shops in the area.

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

Villa Victor is in the Uvala Sutmiholjska bay just around the corner of the beach. It provides a new and modern studio apartment with a gallery that has an open concept. It has a long terrace along the upper floor of the house. The interior is Brand-new and minimalistic so it doesn't distract you from the wonderful scenery and the outside activities (two Queen beds). The house has environment friendly electricity through solar energy to keep the Island of Mljet as natural as possible.

The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

Our apartment is sittuated on the quiet location, few minutes walking distance from the Korcula Old Town and from the beach. It has private parking place. In front of the apartment there is a small garden and terrace with a view to the sea and Pelješac peninsula. Apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house but it has a separate entrance that ensures privacy.
