Michelle’s house was perfect for a weekend seeing friends in Bristol. It was really well located to get out and about and great to relax in and cook dinner. The beds and towels were super comfy and Michelle was friendly and proactive. Thanks for making everything so easy for us!

Great bolt hole for a weekend in Bristol. 10 minute taxi or 35 minute walk into the centre of the city. Lots of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. House was very clean, modern furnishings and decoration. No complaints at all and would happily go back here when we next visit Bristol

Really lovely spacious stay . Will definitely be back , our daughter lives a 15min walk and is renovating so was perfect ! Beds really comfy , nice large bath towels, off road parking made it feel safe and secure !

Dave’s place is a cool flat! It’s got everything you need tucked away neatly into a great space thats decorated perfectly. You feel right at home, comfy, well equip, clean and it’s convenient for getting to town to going across to clifton. would recommend!

The flat was everything my group needed. We stayed 2 nights and Charlotte very kindly allowed us to check in 4 hours earlier than the listing states. The flat is on the top floor of a complex, right in the centre of bristol. It had everything as advertised. Mentioned in the listing, was that the balcony was under construction and unusable. When we arrived this was still the case, however there is another balcony connected to the kitchen which helped us avoid disappointment for a morning coffee in the fresh air. It felt very safe, being in a complex, and was easily accessible 24/7. Charlotte mentions there being a chance of noise late at night, because of the proximity to bars, but it didn't bother us at all being 4 floors up. She was polite, friendly, and reachable by phone throughout our entire stay, answering my questions quickly. The flat is spacious but still cozy, with more than enough space for a party of 8 people. We were all very happy with our stay and we would stay again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Easy walk to lots of cafes and restaurants . Very close to Clifton village but also a few nice places to get some food and drink right on the doorstep. Despite being so close to everything the apartment was so peaceful at night. The bedroom is at the back overlooking gardens and there was no noise at all to disturb us. Great communication from hosts and the apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and stay again as we had a lovely few days here. Thanks

Lovely quiet place to stay but only a relatively short walk to all the noise if you want it! Lindon and Victoria are lovely and friendly hosts, very responsive to my communications. Wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!

Myself & a colleague stayed at 5 Kensington Place, Clifton for 8 nights. Apartment was clean. Location was great. The host communicated well, & a parking permit was in place by the time I arrived from airport. Great apartment, great host. I would definitely stay there again & recommend anyone to stay there. Myself and my girlfriend needed a weekend away and came across this beautiful apartment. It was just what we needed, mark gave us clear instructions of where the apartment is located and how to get in. Easy peasy. The place was gorgeous, perfect size and is just an all round lovely apartment. Mark was great and very responsive and the hot tub added an extra luxury. We would both definitely recommend staying here!

Will’s place was a pleasant walk from Clifton Village with its independent shops and good choice of restaurants but tucked away in a quiet and peaceful street away from the main road. The apartment was well proportioned, lots of natural light with the bonus of a sunny front courtyard and fantastic to have the secure off street parking space which was accessible from the back of the property through the rear courtyard garden. Will was really helpful with local recommendations and very responsive to our questions. We had a really nice relaxing break. Thanks Will

We booked very last minute, and George was incredibly accommodating—couldn't thank them enough! The place was easy to find, and even came out to say hello in the morning—so sweet and friendly! The apartment itself was lovely, very private and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like snacks left for us. We really appreciated everything and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay! The Studio was such a peaceful and cosy retreat. The instructions were very clear and check in was really easy. The Studio included all the necessary amenities we needed and to such a high standard. Everything was clean, private and welcoming. The location was perfect, surrounded by the countryside but also very quick to get to Bristol City Centre. We definitely recommend this place to stay - we will 100% come stay again. Thank you

The place was very beautiful and the location was exactly as described in the description. The house was squeaky clean plus very airy and well organised. The amenities were too notch plus the host was very welcoming and warm.

We had a lovely stay at Holly's place! The room met our needs, had a beautiful garden and friendly animals. The shower was excellent and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Mark and Leanne’s apartment is beautifully presented—just like the photos! Everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay in Bristol comfortable and relaxing. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating with any questions we had. We had a lovely couple of days exploring the city and can wholeheartedly recommend their place. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re visiting our daughter.
