Cottage holiday rentals in British Columbia

This was one of the best Air BnB’s I have stayed at. The cottage itself was more beautiful than in the photos. It had one of the best stocked kitchens I have had in an air bnb. Becky was lovely and very helpful and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and look forward to coming back myself.

Carol’s place was AMAZING! The kitchen had everything needed to make meals for dining in, which we did a lot of because THAT VIEW!! We didn’t want to leave, just wanted to sit and watch for marine life. We saw seals, dolphins, eagles, and a family of 6 sea otters playing. When the evening started to cool we moved our binoculars to the hot tub to continue enjoying the views and serenity. My family agreed the beds were comfy and we all slept well. If you are looking for a go go go vacay Pender Island is not your place. If you want easy hikes in gorgeous surroundings, peace that reaches your very core, and super friendly people I definitely recommend Pender Island! The didc golf course has discs for public use and was really fun! Driftwood shopping center has all you will need. We recommend Sea Star Winery and a stop at Bee Wild distillery for tastings. We HIGHLY recommend Carol’s place!

Jida’s property was the perfect place to escape the city and relax in nature. The house is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals. The back porch views were lovely and the conditions allowed for viewing the northern lights in the evenings! Jida is a kind and attentive host. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again soon!

We had a great stay! Grandkids swam in the pool most every evening, and it was great to have the beach so close! Accommodations were very clean, comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils needed for preparing meals and grilling. The grands loved discovering the box of toys too!

The location of the cottage is amazing! It was a trip of a lifetime coming from Florida. We absolutely loved the mountain views, firepit, and hot tub. Great kitchen and AC too. It's a nice place for peace and quiet and access to multiple national parks. We will be back!

Very comfortable bed - firm with some soft. Hot tub was amazing, beautiful location, private and quiet. Conveniently located between Ucluelet and Tofino. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Lance’s place. The cottage was so cosy and loved the Dutch look of the building! Lance was a fab host and we loved his dog who came to say hello a few times. Super quiet place and loved sitting on the upstairs deck listening to nature. Would recommend! x

The cabin was a great place to get away for a little peace and quiet. Quadra island is a very beautiful place to visit. Jerry's place allowed us to really enjoy the island with a nice central place to bike around from. We will for sure look to stay here again in future visits.

Had a wonderful stay, our pups had a great time, just walked across the street and we were on the beach. The road in front is a dead end with more people walking on it than cars! Wonderful view out the bank of windows - even saw a Black Bear early one morning walk down the driveway. Place was well stocked and exactly what a rustic cottage should be.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Poirier Cove. The location is magnificent, right on the seafront. We saw eagles, seals, lots of small birds - even a hummingbird. There are lots of lovely provincial parks nearby with great walks. We particularly enjoyed walking on the Galloping Goose trail to the Todd Creek trestle bridge. Corinne was very helpful and friendly. The cottage was comfortable with huge windows looking over the sea to snow-capped mountains in the USA.

I had been dreaming of staying at shoal bay cottages for years & our experience was nothing short of that. The entire area is a pristine, west coast wonderland. Mark & Cynthia have created an oasis here with picturesque cottages, an outdoor shower/bath, trails through the surrounding forest & an amazing herb/veggie garden. This is truly the perfect place to unplug, relax, & enjoy what this beautiful coastline has to offer. Check in was a breeze & we were welcomed into a cottage out of a story book. The Robin cottage has a lovely big deck with unobstructed views of the ocean & mountains. Inside the cottage is everything you need & is exactly as pictured. The drinking water is tested monthly & tastes great! We travelled here in our own boat & moorage was included with our stay. Cynthia’s artful eye is appreciated everywhere you look. The space was immaculate & decorated beautifully. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about our stay & the property. We can’t wait to come back!

If you’re looking to quiet the mind and reconnect with your soul, look no further! This magical lakeside retreat offered one of the most peaceful getaways experienced thus far. The home was luxurious with thoughtful touches throughout. From tranquil morning coffees on the dock, to kayaking and admiring the painted turtles and various birds, to stargazing every evening, this spot checked every box for us! Susi and Bruce were amazing hosts, ensuring we had everything we needed. We recommend this rare gem without hesitation, and we look forward to our next stay!

We could not have hoped for a better stay, highly recommended!! Doug was so friendly and made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, recommending local activities which ended up being a highlight of our trip. The actual apartment was clean, equipped, and very pleasant to be in, with stunning views of the lake. The area was lovely too, very authentic and nice if you want a chilled, relaxed time. A Marvelous Naramata Escape! Our stay at the Chardonnay Studio in Naramata was absolutely marvelous! Everything, from the moment we arrived, exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the charm Naramata has to offer. Our host, Dasha, was incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. The studio itself was beautifully appointed, well-equipped, and felt wonderfully private. And the amazing view? Simply breathtaking! We couldn't have asked for a better backdrop to our getaway. We would highly recommend the Chardonnay Studio to anyone looking for an unforgettable Naramata experience. We absolutely can't wait to visit again in the future!

Hi highly recommend Cedar Cottage for those looking for a peaceful, private place to stay. The cottage is small but beautifully and comfortably furnished. Ted and Shirley are very friendly and welcoming hosts.

For those who want to get away from the noise and anxiety. Any - city, moral, tired, office, idiot boss.... If you want to hear a fox yelp at night, if you dreamed of seeing the Milky Way pierce the mountain range and at the same time hear the splash of trout in the lake nearby... you definitely need to come here. We were recently and will definitely come back. Good and very kind hosts.

Melinda’s cottage was a beautiful, quaint, and lovely place to stay on the island. Everything was well thought out and we had many moments where things were forgotten, but they were already provided. Melinda was communicative and the sweetest! The cottage was within walking distance from the beach and everything we wanted to do on the island was within 20 minutes ! Everything you could ever want and more for a little get away on the island; a home away from home. I can not wait for our next chance to come back!
