The Chocolate Suite is a nicely appointed room, clean comfortable and enough for a night or two for two people. There is no kitchen or table so meals are to be had out. Both a kettle and a mini fridge are provided. Joanne kindly treated us to a few truffles from her chocolate shop and they were truly delectable- the best I’m sure that I’ve ever tasted. The Chocolate Suite is located in an Artisan Square. There are boutique shops and an excellent cafe with delicious breakfasts and lunches outside the door. It is an easy walk to Snug cove for groceries, dinner or the ferry. Also walking distance to trails. On the possible downside I could hear the cars pass and the people outside, but did not find this bothersome as the area is quiet when the shops close. I would recommend it especially as a getaway weekend. I hope to return soon.

Our stay here was so extremely peaceful and beautiful. We had coffee in the hot tub every morning and were able to just sit and relax looking at the most amazing view possible. The unit was very clean and had lots of everything we could need. It was quite quiet and it was the absolute best place for us to end our vacationwith such a restful time. Very grateful for this location.

Truly a one-of-a-kind experience!!! We were so happy to be Annemarie and Erik’s first guests this spring. After spending months in Vancouver’s cloudy and rainy weather, we were really craving some sunshine—and this stay delivered. Sipping wine in the hot tub while soaking in the stunning view of Okanagan Lake was exactly what we needed. To be honest, we had originally planned to visit several other places during our trip, but the relaxing atmosphere here completely changed our minds. We ended up spending both days just unwinding and enjoying the space. The suite itself was spotless and fully equipped, with thoughtful touches and handmade elements that made it feel especially homey and welcoming. We’re so grateful to have spent our first spring weekend in such a lovely place and highly recommend booking a stay with Annemarie and Erik. Looking forward to returning soon :) A & V

This has to one of the best (if not the best) Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! The suite and property truly exceeded our expectations and was the perfect relaxing and cozy home away from home to return to after a long day of exploring the island. The grounds of the property are stunning and very well maintained. Joanne and Tim were so hospitable, providing clear instructions on how to get there and a thorough list of local restaurants, cafes, and excursions to explore. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an extremely relaxing and zen stay on the island!

SUCH a lovely spot. Scott and his family were very welcoming and communicative. We loved spending time with all the animals and exploring the natural surroundings on foot.

Joan's place is a perfect retreat in Bowen Island! The unit was cozy, with a comfortable bed and couch that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Just a short walk to a stunning beach, and we woke up each morning to peaceful views of the garden and ocean. Truly a hidden gem!

Alex is very friendly and responsive. The place is clean and feels right at home. Me and my wife had a great time. Highly recommend.

We spent 7 nights at Ryan’s place and really enjoyed ourselves. The view from the patio is outstanding and you can sit outside for hours and just let the world go by. We had a great time.

My partner and I stayed at Charlottes place for 3 days and loved every minute of it. The suite is so beautiful and spacious, the photos hardly do it justice! Stunning view of the ocean and sunset right from the hot tub is hard to beat. The suite was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable, not to mention the gorgeous garden and patio area. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! We didn’t want to leave!

It was a perfect night! The place is amazing!

We had a great stay at Julie and Mike’s ! Unfortunately we happened to visit on the hottest day in Kamloops (37 degrees) but were welcomed into their space with air conditioning blasting and curtains closed. It was a proactive welcoming touch to check in. Julie and Mike personally checked in with us as needed and we felt right at home with our pup. Will 100% stay on our next visit :)

We had such a nice stay. We stayed there with our two little kids and we found everything we needed. Would recommend this place anytime!

We stayed at Ziyin’s beautiful property to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and had such a luxurious feel to it. Everything was thoughtfully set up and we instantly felt at home. The location was a major plus—peaceful, scenic, and still very accessible. Whether it was getting in and out of the property or navigating nearby places, everything was incredibly convenient. Communication with Ziyin was seamless. She was responsive, kind, and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her guests’ experience. This stay made our celebration extra special, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

This is the most beautiful location, the ocean views, the early morning sunrises, outstanding.

Airbnb looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean with a lot of thoughtful touches like local products including soap and coffee that are made on the island. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed. Favourite part was having a morning coffee on the backyard deck with views of the valley. Location is very peaceful but still close to town (if you have a car). Kelly and her partner were very responsive and hospitable! Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Murray's place is truly magical- the scenery can't be beat and he's a wonderful host with lots of great recommendations and so nice to chat with! The house is stunning and so cozy and has everything you need! We felt so relaxed and at peace stayed there! Would recommend 1000 percent!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. James &Helga have kept place clean and private with spectacular views just like photos. They even offered us early check in without asking. The jam tastes amazing , if you are there do not miss to try it out. Our overall experience was great.

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was exactly as described - gorgeous inside and out. We loved the decor and it felt so cozy and comfortable. The view from the deck was fantastic and we felt so close to nature. At times we could hear nothing but the many species of birds! We loved watching the harbour seals out front of the cottage and saw many bald eagles! We enjoyed the hottub and the fire table every evening as well as exploring the beach area. Lots of great beaches close by (ocean and freshwater). We hope to back SOON! Thank you for the incredible stay!

This was the perfect stay! I had a quick stop in and had crazy travel hours and my only wish is that I had more time there! The hosts were super sweet, responsive, flexible and accommodating (especially with my insane schedule!). The space as so nice, spotless and roomy, and even though I only was in for such a short time they turned on the hot tub for me and I got to enjoy a relaxing time in the hot tub in the middle of the mountains! I would 1000% stay again!

Their love for hospitality is very evident in this space... everything you find is well curated and thoughtful. The coffee situation, stovetop, and plush bed were my favourite features. Quiet and cute neighbourhood, great location. Felt rejuvenated after a quick solo trip here, and will definitely hope it's available next time I'm visiting friends in Lower Mainland BC! Thanks for a lovely stay! Will have to come back for a longer stay to soak up more coastal beach vibes.
