We had a lovely stay at James and Naomi’s place! We spent our time playing records, dancing, and enjoying a few rounds of Scrabble. The loft is cozy and peaceful, with a great selection of board games—perfect for a rainy day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here so much that we extended our trip a few more days! Great spot, friendly hosts, spacious and beautiful accommodations, and easy checkout when we sadly left. Julie went above and beyond to help us solve a problem we had before we even got there. The list of recommendations for things to do and places to dine was perfect. They even let us raid their strawberry patch! Lovely, lovely place!

We had a lovely last minute get away to Om Sweet Om. Really comfy bed with hotel style linens, fab hot tub and secluded space. Fan was really great addition as warm when we stayed. Sharon was welcoming over messages and lots of helpful tips for hikes and restaurants in the area!

This is a true Guest House experience. Hans and Denise were just incredible hosts. Really thoughtful and personal. The location is top notch, and the cabin is perfect. 10/10. Can’t fault it.

The cabin is lovely! It’s peaceful, comfortable and really clean. The mattress is super comfortable. I loved the quirky design of the cabin and the bookshelf and board games were a bonus. Loved the meadow for doing yoga. The George Hill path is a must, as is the disc golf park (even if you’re just there for a hike). What I didn’t love was the lack of special touches we usually find at Airbnb’s. The amenities are very basic. For that price, though, how much can you expect. I’d prefer paying a little extra for more amenities/comforts. Bring all your own stuff - body wash, shampoo, coffee, and especially food!!! Really enjoyed the slow pace of island life but everything closes early (if it’s open at all) and there aren’t many restaurants so make sure to prepare and pack well.

Chantal and Alex were very responsive, and helpful. One of the best places I’ve stayed! We had a wonderful time, i would 100% recommend this place. The area was quiet, private and very cozy.

After 10+ years using AirBNB, this is the space I’ve been looking for. Being surrounded by something handmade does something good for you. And you’re completely immersed in nature, but not far from anything. Bring your bike and a few good books. Truly, the best hosts I’ve ever had too!

Jenny and Doug’s cabin was truly magical! Our 3-year-old thought it was her own club house! Seeing the view from the kitchen and living room was delightful. We saw many deer! The bedroom was so cozy with lots of blankets. Everything was perfectly laid out with lots of thoughtful storage space to store items. It had a nice roomy kitchen and Jenny leaving some food items (milk, eggs, bread, a baked good, tonic water etc.) to get us through the night and morning was so thoughtful and really helped! We loved the BBQ and deck to have our family meals on. The front yard was a lovely additional space for us to hangout in. As others have mentioned, Jenny’s baked items hand delivered every morning was so lovely and delicious!! The cabin is located near the main village so it was easy and fast to get to and from the ferry dock.

Awesome laneway suite with a nice layout! Plenty of open spaces and natural lighting that we barely had to turn on any lights! This place is well stocked with all the essentials for any length of stay. Location is great with close proximity to Marda Loop or Crowchild Trail for quick access to other parts of the city. My only negatives were no blackout blinds in the washroom and living room so privacy may be a concern. Otherwise, we had a great stay and wish we had more time to enjoy the balcony outside in the quiet neighborhood. The host and family were very nice and welcoming even though we didn't have a chance to introduce ourselves. Look forward to staying again. Thank you Kale & Elyse! 🙂

We cannot say enough about this great Airbnb! The guesthouse itself was beautifully kept, generously stocked, and so unique with tons to do! The yard is beautiful and we loved spending our evenings in the hot tub enjoying the view of the river. The beautiful park at the end of the street was a big bonus. The hosts were extremely friendly and generous and helped make our stay great. We would recommend a stay here in a heartbeat!

My girlfriend and I wanted to book a getaway to unwind and this was the perfect spot for a peaceful and romantic weekend. We enjoyed breakfast/coffee on the deck each morning. This cottage had amazing views of the water and has a cozy, modern vibe. Jim is a great host. He gave us great recommendations for hikes and food. Don’t miss the koi pond—it’s absolutely beautiful. His property is so serene and calming, you'll instantly feel relaxed. One of the best Airbnb experiences, will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Victoria! It was private and a bit out of the hubbub which is what we were desiring. The guesthouse was clean and comfy. We felt very relaxed each time we came back. Tim and Emi were so kind and their dog was the sweetest! We had a wonderful time!

This was our home for a few nights and it was perfect. Cozy and peaceful. Vanessa had special touches all over the home that made us feel welcomed. I hope we can come back soon and stay here again. Great trails were easy to find and the small town close by was delightful.

5 star accommodation plus 2 extra stars for the hosts awesomeness! We had an amazing stay. The accommodation was modern, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. It has a large, fully kitted, kitchen and an air conditioned living room. The two king sized beds in both bedrooms are superbly comfortable. The lovely hot tub was icing on the cake. Plus the hosts were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy throughout our stay. Without a doubt, the best Airbnb experience I’ve had in the Comox Valley area (and I’ve seen a few). I will love to be able to stay here again and again. Highly recommended! You absolutely can’t go wrong.

We really loved our stay here! So beautiful and the perfect little spot for our weekend away.

There was nine of us ladies, that stayed here for three nights and can't think of anything Wendy or Gord could have done to make our stay any better. Small touches like slippers for everyone and coffee supplies were above and beyond. The property is amazing from the swim spa to the little creek at the end of the beautiful manicured lawn - we never left the whole weekend. The yard was so well manicured, made playing outdoor games a breeze. We loved going over to feed the friendly chickens and asked if we could have visits with their lovely dogs. They were so accommodating. This group of girls have stayed at many places and everyone agreed this is the best. We will be back - highly recommend!

Lovely lovely cabin!! We had such an amazing trip here- can’t recommend enough. Sauna is awesome, location is cool in the middle of the woods with humming birds, eagles, ravens on your doorstep. Hopefully you’ll be smarter than I and bring mosquito spray too (and there’s some left in the cupboard for emergencies!). Really enjoyed listening to some pretty questionable records, cooking in the pretty well equipped kitchen, and dining outside We ran out of propane so couldn’t watch the stars the second night but Ganges town isn’t too far away by car to nip out in emergencies.

Beautiful location, clean space and friendly hosts! Perfect for a quiet getaway in the Okanagan. Tip: check/follow the check-in instructions sent by the Host for directions! I had another reservation that fell through at the last minute, so finding this place was a real gift. I was looking for a place to spend some reflective alone time with an ocean view and a deck, and this was more than I was hoping for! The cabin was small, but cozy, and being able to open the doors to the beach while still being curled up inside was ideal. The bed was comfortable and the decor matched the beach vibe. The kitchen had everything I needed to be comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Kate’s place is an absolute gem—**so peaceful and stunningly beautiful** that I didn’t want to leave. In fact, I joked about wanting to buy it! From the serene atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the home, everything was perfect. The drive there was equally breathtaking, with gorgeous surroundings that set the tone for a relaxing stay. We truly can’t wait to come back. Natalie’s communication was excellent prior to my stay. This made finding the location and check-in very easy. There was lots of attention to detail in the cabin to make me feel right at home, comfortable, and have everything I needed. Her care for her guests was very evident, and made for a lovely stay.

If you want to explore the West Coast, Whistler, Grouse Mountain, restaurants, downtown Vancouver and mush much more! This is the perfect location! Maret and Lyle were wonderful hosts! Very helpful with tips on getting around and exploring! We will definitely miss this piece of paradise! Thanks for sharing!
