Waterfront holiday rentals in Broadbeach Waters

Very happy with our stay. Fantastic location with kids. So much to do and Jackson had provided all the items needed for the activities available in the Resort such as golf balls/clubs, basketball, tennis balls/rackets, Nintendo Switch etc. Well equipped for kids with high chair, toddler step, plastic plates etc. It is on the 3rd level, so lots of stairs. But worth it. Beautifully decorated, very comfy beds and stylish fittings. A little oasis. Amazing pools and Resort editions such as a cinema, cafe, water slides… fun! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to rebooking next time.

A beautiful spot to spend a couple of days away. The apartment was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The location is great with numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend.

This was one of my favourite AirBnB stays. Great location, in a secure, easy to access building that’s a 5 minute walk to restaurants and 7 to the beach. Very comfortable, clean place coupled with very responsive customer service. Awesome!

What a fantastic place! The view was amazing. We had a great time sitting out on the patio listening to the waves and watching the sunrise. Easy to slip down to the pool and then right out onto the beach. We parked our car (in the provided spot) and didn't get into it until we left. Everything was walkable or it was just a hop, jump and a skip with the tram. My only disappointment? We couldn't stay longer. There's always a next time. Thanks Brad!!

Caroline’s place at Surfers Aquarius was absolutely incredible! The view from the 33rd floor was simply breathtaking—waking up to that ocean view was something else. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. The building itself had great amenities, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and shops. Caroline was a lovely host—very responsive and thoughtful. Easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Self check in was easy to access, apartment was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. Amenities in the hotel building were lovely; pool, spa, sauna and gym. The location was perfect, close to endless cafes, activities and the beach. No parking available on site however ample overnight parking available at Bruce Bishop Carpark less than 5 minute walk away and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was the perfect getaway. Absolutely stunning beach & ocean views, beautiful and clean apartment, exceeding our expectations. Convenient location to accessing cafes, restaurants & grocery stores, which are within a short walking distance. We loved our scenic beach walks to other areas of the Gold Coast, making our experience even more enjoyable. Karine was very informative and kind, always ready and available to help. We hope to return on our next visit to Australia. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here and wished we had a longer stay. Kathy’s place is exactly like the pictures. It’s spacious and has so many little things that we needed , from cutlery to sauces to cable ties!! It’s so well furnished and comfortable. And the best view of the river or waterway, boats going up and down, and beautiful surroundings. Kathy is so responsive and helpful. The Northcliff tram stop is right in front of the apartment compound. Very convenient location.

We had the most luxurious long weekend, as soon as we stepped in the door it was like the external world just melted away. Everyone slept amazingly, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and the ocean view was just incredible.

Fantastic place, spacious, clean and great outdoor decking and pool areas. House has all needed amenities including good laundry and is very private. Access was easy and plenty of parking available. Perfect for families. Location is 3 mins from Benowa Village shopping centre which is very convenient. Support and communication from Janett was also great. We had a wonderful stay!

The property was very well stocked with everything we needed and the host was very responsive to messages. Great location and spacious house. Neighbours had concerns with balloons outside and raised concerns about noise when we weren’t at the property but the host was great at communicating and understanding

Second stay at this amazing place! Kynan was very responsive to our queries and the house is set up so well. Love the location on the water with beautiful morning and evening views.

VERY accomodating with our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable with kids! Only down side is that it’s on a busy road and the traffic is very noisy when sleeping.

Beautiful place! The house was very clean and spacious for a big family. It's close to Pacific Fair -shopping centre, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants near it.

This was such a great spot for an unwind and reset. We were celebrating a very important milestone of 5 years cancer free. We didn't have much time so could only stay a couple nights but we emersed our self in the serenity of the place and disconnected. The birds were such a treat. Even though it rained most of the time it didn't put a damper on the weekend. My only recommendations would be an outdoor heater and a coat hook :) Thnaks again

We absolutely loved our stay, 6 adults and a 10 yr old boy who fished off the pontoon daily. Really close to supermarkets, plenty of dining options close by. Surfers and the beach a few minutes If you have young kids there were portable cots, strollers and high chairs in the house. We made use of the bbq, all utensils provided. Kitchen perfectly stocked for home cooking. This place really is a home away from home. Wayne was really responsive and great to deal with. I can’t recommend this place enough, we all loved our stay.

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

My stay at Peter’s apartment was beyond all my expectations. The apartment was absolutely perfect with magnificent ocean views. The set up was fantastic! With a big screen TV and a king size bed that was to die for. First time I’ve had a proper sleep in 25 years. Amazing!! I honestly couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. Sharryn’s place was just beautiful. Great location and such a beautiful well set up apartment. Sharryn was a wonderful host, she met us at the complex and took us to the apartment and showed us the ins and outs. Great stay!

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Aaron’s place was great. Beds were comfy, you’ll feel right at home. It has an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It’s close to the beach and shops. We had an awesome stay!

We had the most amazing weekend at the Surfers chalet! The room was immaculate with a fantastic view of the beach as listed, and we enjoyed the very cozy spa area. Carolyn and Garry were so accommodating and incredibly helpful during our weekend stay; couldn't have asked for better hosts. We hope to be back soon!
