Beachfront holiday rentals in Broadstairs

Beautiful location, everything you could need for a peaceful break. We had a bbq one evening, went to Hampton Inn another - made for a great weekend. Lovely quiet getaway outside of popular resorts, although recommend walking to/from Whitstable for a visit without the stress of being in a busy town. Our little dog loved it, wonderful for bird watching and sea dips.

Georgina’s cottage is completely wonderful. It’s exquisitely curated - every room is just beautiful with a perfect attention to detail- including its charming and tranquil garden. One of the most stunning properties I have experienced in Whitstable. I absolutely loved it and I will definitely return. A peaceful, relaxing, user friendly home - with a great kitchen making it easy to eat at home as well. I loved the location- central Whitstable, a stone’s throw from the beach and particularly close to West Beach where I could walk my dogs lead free (all year round) and a very quick walk to restaurants, pubs and shops. Definitely a diamond of an Air BnB. ✨

Great space for larger families with adult kids especially with one bedroom on lower floor and also having three separate bathrooms. View amazing. Relaxing airy feel. Big bedrooms. Will be back again.

We had a lovely stay in Jubilee Cottage. Spotlessly clean, full of character with everything we needed and more. Kitchen was very well equipped so we could easily cook whatever we fancied. Loads of recommendations for local restaurants and amenities. Lovely touches with welcome gifts from the hosts. Thank you.

Great house less than 500 feet to the beach, on a secluded road. The private parking is really helpful given the challenges with finding a space anywhere near the beach on a sunny day. The house is clean and quiet: perfect for a family break to the seaside as it’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Margate.

We had such a lovely time here, we would definitely stay again! The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the flat was gorgeous and had a great vibe !

It’s a really clean caravan, looks exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed, it was a great base to be able to visit family nearby. Communication was great as well. We will be booking again next time we are down.

We had a wonderful stay at Gills caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen. ( we like cooking) The rooms were very comfy and the outside space was a plus in the sunshine. Gill was extremely helpful and friendly and the area was very dog friendly with loads of lovely walks straight from the site. It was our first time In The area and we will definitely be back. Violet was very helpful from the moment we booked. The accommodation was lovely & everything we wanted, very clean & everything we needed for a lovely stay. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

This house has absolutely everything you could ever want or need. Swimming pool is great and heated to a perfect temp for the kids. House is enormous and every little thing seems to have been thought of by the hosts including extras such as dressing gowns for all guests, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer in every room. Location is right on the coast with great views out the front of the sea. Garden is lovely. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Alan and Bill

Exactly what it says on the tin, as they say. Friendly people, a nice little grass dog walking area next to a nature reserve. Pub opposite served lovely food as does the clubhouse I’m sure, although we didn’t get to eat there it served a lovely Guinness and provided great entertainment from bingo to cabaret. All in all very happy and hope to go book even just for a mini weekend break. Sandra and her hubby, nice people and very helpful, thank you both. Mark & Michelle

Had a lovely mini break away at Kimberley’s place. Felt right at home straight away and the location was perfect for seaside walks, popping to the near seaside towns and watching the beautiful sunsets this area of the North Kent coast is famous for. The home was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the beds were really comfortable and I loved the little touch of leaving some bread, butter & milk, snacks and a hot drinks station. Loved it so much that we’ve already booked to go back again in the Summer so I think that says it all! Thankyou Kimberley, you were the perfect host! 😊

my daughter, grandaughter and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and clean. Although very close to beaches, bars and restaurants, it was still very peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert's amazing pad on the waterfront - the apartment is stunning and perfectly located for easy access to beaches, Margate's best pub, restaurants etc. The only negative (which echoes some of the other reviews below) is that this place really could do with some proper blinds in summer. With only net curtains in the bedrooms, we struggled to get a full night's sleep as the rooms got very hot and bright as soon as the sun came up at 4.30am. In lieu of this, make sure you pack an eye mask and perhaps a portable fan! Otherwise, a really lovely place to make your own while exploring Margate's many charms :)

A lovely spacious regency style appartment with an extensive sea view. Great balcony to sit on for meals looking over the sea. David and Yvette were very friendly and helpful. The apartment wad clean and very well equipped. The buses stop very close and are very frequent so can manage without car. Free parking in street outside or nearby streets or pay and display out the front. Very convenient for Main Beach, the Ramsgate Tunnels and the Royal Harbour. Highly recommended.

Great little pad over Ramsgate beach. It was peaceful, clean and easy. Everything described about it was true. We look forward to booking again.

Impeccable and well appointed modern cottage in the heart of Broadstairs just steps from the beach and the best cafes and restaurants in town. Will definitely be back for another weekend retreat from London!

I came along with my family on a 3 day vacation and we enjoyed it so much! Fiona was very present and quick to reply to any questions I had! Very helpful and very kind! The only little detail or advice I would give is to include a full body mirror as there were 3 girls and wanted to look in the mirror before leaving the house haha but it is not a huge deal. We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed for our holiday. The apartment is Ideal for two and is in a great location close to Broadstairs seafront, cafés, shops and the beach. We hope to stay there again soon.
