Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. The cozy attic apartment is located in the former haystack of the expanded listed stable building on the outskirts of Groß Fredenwalde. From the spacious terrace you have a unique view of the wide and lovely Uckermark hills. From this lodge you can see the spectacle of the dancing cranes and grazing deer.
