This one room apartment offers 14 square meters in an industrial loft style. Open stone walls, huge comfortable bed, new bathroom, breakfast kitchen (no stove, coffee machine, fridge, water kettle, microwave) vintage furniture, cozy sofa. The mini flat is situated in a beautiful planted courtyard in the booming part of Kreuzberg. There are two bicycles.

It has a separate bedroom with window to the courtyard & a king bed. The lounge room has a sofa bed for 2 also with a window to the courtyard. The bathroom is with shower and kitchen is fully equipped, plus there is a washing machine. Please note the shower is only 2m in height so not suited for rugby players or sumo wrestlers!

The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.

The apartment is located in a typical Berliner “Gründerzeit”-house from 1873 and offers a large kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two rooms with loft beds. The friendly holiday apartment overlooks the house-owned garden, which can be entered from the same courtyard that also leads to the flat. Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin. There’s also a bike rental close by
