This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Our Zweifach Minilofts are ideal for up to 4 people. Within their 40 sqm there is a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.

My place is close to the legendary Checkpoint Charlie, otherwise close to Leipziger Platz LP12 Mall of Berlin, CinemaxX Berlin Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburg Gate Pariser Platz and TV Tower Alexanderplatz. You'll love my place because of the central location, the private kitchen, and the 2 rooms with the 4 comfortable beds. My place is good for families with 2 kids and smaller groups.

Great for mobile working with a desk, large screen and scanner. Centrally located accommodation near the Spittelmarkt subway station (U2). Alexanderplatz and Potsdamer Platz are only a few metro stops away. The entire historic center of Berlin is within walking distance. There are also several bus lines that stop at Spittelmarkt.
