Great place, your Richard has been very requested and has always been distoused to help with any difficulty. The place was very clean and organized, had many furniture, appliances, crockery, etc. For USP students, like me, the place is very close (10 minutes walk), and the internal bus stop is right at the nearest entrance. The neighborhood is very calm and safe. The price was very fair, cost-effective! I would recommend it.

Flat quite comfortable and well located, close to the center. And very clean as well. The water cans and the bonbons in the minibar are pampering treats that deserve praise. Matches exactly to photos in your listing. As a critic, I believe I deserve a little attention to the quality of the TV signal and as a suggestion, I propose to put two stools, of those small and foldable ones, for the use of the kitchen counter. No more, I recompose the space, without a doubt.

Great house!! We had problems with the shower and they solved them super fast. We love the house, I recommend it!

We stayed for a short time, but we had a very peaceful stay. The house was clean and Cláudio was very attentive!
