Het huis is gebouwd in 2020 en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het huis is gelegen op Buitengoed Bos & Enk. Je komt hier voor de rust en de natuur.

De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overige faciliteiten: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (op hoogte verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Luister muziek via bluetooth of platenspeler en tuur om je heen...

Gelegen aan doodlopend weggetje in Achterhoekse buitengebied. Vuurplaats/bbq/houtkachels Hout is ter plaatse verkrijgbaar Deze locatie is helaas niet geschikt voor feesten met harde muziek of andere luidruchtige activiteiten.

Naast onze stadsboerderij uit 1880 bevind zich de vrijstaande gerenoveerde oude kippenschuur. Omgetoverd tot een warme studio met een authentieke sfeer door de bijzondere vorm van het houten plafond en andere karakteristieke elementen. Volledig zelfstandige studio voorzien van een twee persoons opklapbed, privé douche en wc, houtkachel en compacte keuken. Wij bieden geen ontbijt aan, dus neem zelf wat mee.
