Holiday rentals with lake access in Broomfield

Great place to stay. The air bnb has everything we needed. A plus was plenty of towels (we are a family of 6). Washer and dryer was helpful as well. He had tons of blankets, blow up mattress and pack n play as well. This place has plenty of room to move around and sleep. We have 4 children youngest is 18 months and oldest is 13 and every one of them has something here to keep them entertained and having a good time. The lake was awesome. Definitely I great place to stay with family

We greatly enjoyed our long weekend stay in Daniel's container home. It was modern, lovely and fun. Very much as pictured. Beds were comfortable, an assortment of pillows and light blocking drapes in the bedrooms. We could have spent all day gazing at the views from the great room or deck but we had hikes to do and towns nearby to visit. We recommend.

Home was comfortable and accommodated our family of 6: 4 adults & 2 pre-teens. Everyone had their own room and space. The neighborhood was quiet and short drive to our family. Chennelle was a friendly host and flexible with a last minute request for an early check-in. She is also checked in on us to make sure our stay was going well, which I appreciated. Enjoyed our stay!

This was a great location very near Sloan's Lake and the adjacent parks/restaurants. The house was perfect for two couples since there are two nearly equivalent bedrooms and bathrooms and seating for 5-6 people in the living room if you have a guest or two over. The kitchen and dining area were clean and modern. The hosts quality coffee beans, a bottle of sparkling water, and some bare necessities that were nice to not have to purchase (condiments, sweetener, etc.). I would highly recommend this AirBnb and would use it again on future trips to Denver.

This really is a sunny basement! Lots of light. Very comfortable. Worked perfectly for our daughter’s graduation. Short walk to Lucky’s for pastries and coffee.

We booked this for a family members wedding. The house is conveniently located and easy access to alot. Traffic is crazy anywhere. The house and yard were just like the pictures. Kitchen was beautiful, very open and fit our family of adults well. My young child loved the back yard and playground!! The only downside was its located on a busy street, and you can hear the louder cars outside at times, but there is a privacy fence to help. We were warned the GPS can take us to the opposite side of street which it did but knew about it before we checked in. Michelle was very helpful with that. She allowed us to check in a little early and was very responsive to my messages. Overall great stay here!

We had a fantastic visit and really enjoyed the location of the Airbnb. The space was perfect for the 4 of us and we definitely took advantage of the fact that there is so much to do. We packed a lot into our visit…hiked Flat Irons in Boulder, shopped and ate at several local restaurants on Tennyson and also went to Red Rocks for an amazing concert. The location of Todd’s apartment made all of this possible. As far as the space, it was perfect and Todd was so helpful and responsive. His wife even made cranberry and dark chocolate sourdough bread that she gave us along with butter so we could enjoy that with our morning coffee! Thank you for making my daughter’s graduation trip so memorable!

The property had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed taking walks in the park behind the house and sitting around the fire pit at night. It is in a quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room for 5 of us. It was just like the pictures, or maybe better. It was a short drive to Red Rocks and is centrally located between the national park and Garden of the Gods. They are about the same distance from the house but just in opposite directions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great space just what I needed :)

Very friendly hosts. Was nicely decorated and had all amenities as described. Digital lock on outside door and entry to the AirBNB is from inside their home. But we had no problem with it. Off street parking in their driveway. Nice location near the main shopping & restaurant area of town. We would stay there again.

Definitely worth staying there when visiting Colorado I’ll definitely try to book it again

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb across from Sloan’s Lake! The apartment looked exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and very well appointed with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—perfect for a peaceful morning walk around the lake, and we especially enjoyed winding down in.the evening with a glass of wine on the private patio. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Denver!

Great stay at Kendal’s place. We were in town for BolderBoulder and had a great weekend. Great location for running / hiking and only a short drive into town (less than 10mins). The place was clean and tidy and Kendal was really responsive before our stay if we had questions etc. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well!

This stay was a relaxing and beautiful experience. It had gorgeous views, a friendly host (and many friendly, animal support hosts), and quick access to all of the amazing attractions around Boulder. A great local market (Niwot Market) for groceries and prepared food. The space was clean, spacious, and had great lighting with picturesque views from walls of windows. The architecture resembles the nearby mountain and the furnishings are high end- the sofa was a dream! We enjoyed Pearl Street Mall and Fritz Family Brewers too. Would love to stay again!
