Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet, centrally located place to stay. You will be welcomed with a clean room. People without vices, clean, with good moral character. No pets allowed. Does not include use of the kitchen and there is no Wi-Fi service. The guest who stays will be responsible for keeping their room and common areas such as the bathroom, etc., clean (taking out the trash, cleaning their floor) and tidy. Upon entering, we take off our street shoes and store them in a closet near the door and use clean sandals inside the apartment.
