Chalet Rosenstein is in a very serene and scenic location. The interior including the beds was cozy and comfortable. The playground was a nice addition for our grandchildren. It was one of the nicest Airbnb s we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and gave many tips and was always available. We will definitely come back and gladly recommend the hostess and apartment without reservation.

We had a great time at Sarah's apartment! She is very friendly, really easy to communicate and very helpful. Rauris is a beautiful place with close by ski resorts (30 min by car) : Bad HofGastein, Bad Gastein, Zell am See, Kaprun.

We had a great time! It took us a while to find the place, the road up has a lot of twists and turns but it's worth it. The room is cute with a kitchen equipped with everything you can think of, the shower is well designed and clean, and there is a spa with an amazing view. We didn't actually use the spa facilities because we only came to sleep, but it's great value for money. There are also good restaurants in the area

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

We were with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful accommodation and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. The spa area is particularly noteworthy: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but to be honest, we didn't really miss it. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, an accommodation that we can fully recommend.

Our 5d4n stay was very fulfilling. First of all, the location of the property i.e. nestled in the Austrian Alps, is just ideal for our itinerary including our day trip to German alpine. Next, the property itself is a hidden gem, sitting on an elevated ground, overseeing the town below with mountains as the backdrop, and with cows lingering on the green fields makes the view spectacular. And the house is lovely and clean. Host warm hospitality makes our stay even better and we enjoy the conversation with him. He is the best host we have ever met so far. Me, my wife and our daughter truly have a wonderful time here. We hope to also experience a snowy winter here in the future.

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. The place is really an absolute dream for anyone looking for something quiet and relaxing for their vacation! The apartment is very well equipped. The location is also very good, very close to Zell and Salzburg can also be reached quickly. I can highly recommend it!
