Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Brucoli

Amo La Sicilia!! The perfect apartment, for a perfect holiday. The location was spot on - just off Via Etnea; a few minutes walk from the sights of the city, supermarkets and a tube station (one stop from the train & bus station hub). The apartment itself was lovely and worked well for our family (young children) despite all the steps! Clean, not cluttered but nicely furnished and decorated and well stocked for self-catering. Neighbourhood was lively in an evening, lots of bars and restaurants, but it didn't impact our stay at all. Final shout out to Marco our check in and out host, who was friendly, polite, flexible and very helpful. Really appreciated his warm approach and communication. Would certainly recommend this apartment and host for people thinking about staying in Catania. Thank you for making our Sicilian holiday a family experience we won't ever forget!

Very lovely place in historic old town of Modica. Only 50m and 2 bents away from the main street. Therefore quiet, but very central. Equipped with everthing needed. Spacious. 3 balconies (2 small) one, so you can choose breakfast in the sun or the big terrace in the evening. Two bedrooms: master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom with two more simple beds. Towels and bed clothes sufficiently available. Parking in the main street closeby (paid 6 Eur/day ) - about 300m away free street parking. A bit busy with parking, but managed always to find something. For access with luggage requires parking in the main street, about 50 m walk - about 10 m in height difference. The little effort is it worth - definitely. Kind host provided very useful information - precise how to arrive/access, nice restaurants and sight-seeing info. Modica is very central to reach several historical spots and the sea. Rudia is an excellent host, we had a perfect stay.

Ho passato un weekend presso Royal apartment, l'host è professionale e disponibile. Ho avuto l'esigenza di effettuare il check-in prima dell'orario indicato e nel giro di 30 minuti mi ha reso l'appartamento disponibile. Appartamento impeccabile, soddisfa ogni comfort e in una zona strategica dove con una breve passeggiata è possibile raggiungere il centro città, i locali e la stazione centrale. Decisamente consigliato

Appartamento in zona centrale, comodo per spostarsi a piedi e visitare alcune delle zone più belle della città. Molto luminoso e colorato con tutto il necessario. Ottima qualità delle finestre che permettono di limitare i rumori esterni pur stando stando in centro città. Host Alessandra (e la mamma!) molto reattiva e sempre disponibile! 😀

The best accommodation of our trip. Excellent location, walkable to everything. Apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need and more. Lots of extras that others don’t provide. Maria was a very good host who helped us with restaurants, time tables even carrying our bags up the stairs. Overall I was very impressed.

Die Lage war wirklich super. Wir waren viel unterwegs, haben viel gegessen- bekamen auch super tolle Tipps. Einzig der Check-in war etwas mühsam weil aber die Vormieter den Schlüssel abgebrochen hatten und sonntags es schwierig war mit dem Schüssel Dienst. Es wurde aber super kommuniziert und hat dann doch auch gepasst. Für die, die es ganz leise brauchen ggf zu laut weil doch belebte Straße. Wir fanden es gut. Wenn ich wirklich was bekritteln müsste: die Küche ist recht klein, wir haben aber eh immer auswärts gegessen und die Matratze des Bettes könnte mal erneuert werden. Das war uns aber auch recht egal. Ansonsten schöne Wohnung. Wir kommen wieder.

Jag, min sambo och vår 3-åriga dotter bodde i Matthews lägenhet under en kortare semester till Ortigia och kunde inte ha varit nöjdare. Boendet passade oss perfekt på alla sätt och vis. Själva lägenheten var superfin, rymlig och hemtrevlig. Extra plus var att det fanns möjlighet att låna parasoll och strandhandduk samt att det fanns lite pussel och spel som vår dotter tyckte var roligt att leka med. Vi fick ett fint mottagande av Matthews vän Enrico som visade oss runt i lägenheten. Han gav oss all information som vi kunde tänkas behöva under vår vistelse plus lite tips om vad som fanns att upptäcka i området. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt område, nära till både restauranger och sevärdheter på Ortigia och i Syracusa. Rekommenderar detta boende varmt till er som planerar en resa till Ortigia!

Nous avons séjourné en famille chez Antonio, l’appartement est très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement situé entre Ortigia et les sites historiques de Siracuse, la gare est également accessible à pied et permet de visiter facilement les environs. Antonio a été très réactif et nous a aidé à commander un taxi par deux fois. Nous avons également suivi ses instructions de restaurants ! Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à OrtigiaSuites !

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Superbe découverte ! L’appartement est parfaitement situé proche du centre ville et loin du bruit. Dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour à Catane. La déco est parfaite. Petit plus pour toutes les petites attentions (la bouteille d’eau fraîche dans le frigo, la trousse de secours, la boîte à coudre…) vraiment au top 🙏🏻 À bientôt et merci 🥰

Appartamento ampio e ben immobiliato. Pulizia impeccabile e host molto reattivo e cordiale. Quartiere carino, non troppo centrale ma ben collegato, tranquillo e ricco di opzioni se non si vuole arrivare in centro per un aperitivo/cena. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente conveniente. Consigliatissimo.

Le logement proposé par Cinzia est confortable, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et le paysage vallonné des environs. Cinzia a bien communiqué avec nous pour l'arrivée et nous a donné de bons conseils sur la visite de l'Etna. Nous recommandons !

Fie Begegnung mit Maria Giovanna und Emmanuele war von Anfang sehr herzlich. Sie brachten uns gute Dinge aus ihrem Garten, und wir kamen gleich in ein längeres Gespräch. Wir haben dabei auch alles Wichtige erfahren. Auch die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt.

The house is amazing. On 2 floors with 3 beds and 3 bathroom, new and clean. The architect and designer have done a terrific job. You also have a terrace with sunchairs, dining table and a bbq. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk from the main touristic road, overlooks a beautiful square and church, down you have two amazing cafes and one of the best restaurants in town (ristorante crocifisso). Great welcome from Silvia who provided flexibility on check-in and helped with a couple of bespoke requests. Family friendly - you can request cot and baby chair. Spaces work well for a family stay. Convenient, you can park your car just below the house, plenty of free parking underneath. The only things to note: - Steep stairs inside the house. You can close the doors if you have a baby. But if anyone has problems with mobility maybe not ideal - The church ring the bells a few times a day starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. Although the rooms are well shielded

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Genoten van een week in het appartement van Emanuele. Alles aanwezig , brandschoon en het ziet eruit zoals op de foto’s. Emanuele is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zoekt voor aankomstdatum al contact. Hij deed zijn best om ons iets eerder in het appartement toe te laten en hielp bij vinden van parkeerplaats. Kortom top!

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

Claudia’s place was a rare find in busy Catania Very private and peaceful I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality ,peace and quiet

El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos. Las camas son cómodas, al igual que las almohadas, y el baño es amplio, con dos lavabos, lo cual resulta muy práctico. La ubicación es excelente: está cerca del centro de Catania y a solo 10 minutos caminando de la estación de tren y autobuses. Además, Diego ha sido siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. ¡Un trato de 10!

an incredible apartment in the centre of Syracuse. walking distance to all of the historical sights, and the most incredibly clean and well looked after place! we met Barbara after amazing communication in the days leading up to us arriving in Syracuse, and she gave us brilliant recommendations for places to eat near the apartment. we both slept like babies as the bed is so comfortable! thank you to Barbara for hosting us, we will be back!

This accommodation was perfect in every way! The bed was absolutely luxurious, and the showerhead was amazing and I felt like I was staying in a boutique hotel. The hosts were incredibly helpful, very responsive, and super friendly. The kind of people that feel like your close friends the moment you meet them! Exceptionally clean and easily walkable everywhere. Ortigia is a beautiful place and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!

This is a very well supplied haven! Everything you could possibly need is here! Extra linens, towels, first aid, coffee, seasonings, and even laundry provisions. This place and people are outstanding! They were extremely helpful and eager to chat even though we had no common language. We loved our stay here! The only sadness was not enough time planned to enjoy the lovely patio.
