The floor is also a large room with bathroom area, dressing room and bed for 2 people (180 x 200) and a toilet with hinged door. The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden in front of the house. The village is quiet and close to Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

This historically valuable farmhouse with thatched roof, in the hamlet of Korsele in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes, is the perfect base for wonderful walks and to enjoy the culture in Ghent and Oudenaarde. Cooking can be done on an AGA. In the summer, you can sit in the garden. A grapevine adorns the shed and gives shade to the terrace. It's lovely to wake up to the mooing of the cows. The gîte is an old charril with modern comforts. 2 levels: Ground floor: bright open space with fully equipped kitchen + living room (double sofa bed, coffee table, TV, wifi) and, kicker Mezzanine: 2 double beds, shower room, separate toilet. Want to enjoy the calm of a small village in the countryside? Come and enjoy a charming modern house to rest and work. This house is occupied when it is not available. Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
