The house is located in a small village between Ghent and Bruges. The house is just next to our house. There is total privacy. There is a separate entrance , a small terrace at the entrance. The lower floor consists of a spacious living room with salon and TV. For third person there is a full bed in the living room. There is an equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave and dining table. There is a toilet on the ground floor . On the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is located in a unique spot with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy seating area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bike.

This cozily renovated vacation home is in the Sunparks Oostduinkerke vacation home, adjacent to the nature reserve "Doornpanne" where beautiful, partly forested dunes invite you to take a walk. The green hinterland offers plenty of hiking and biking trails. Bike and hiking maps are provided. Enjoying a relaxing day at the beach ( or relaxing by the sea ) can walk fifteen minutes ( 1.5 km ) in Oostduinkerke or Nieuwpoort ( 2 km ).

Our 't Uusje van Puut holiday home is located just outside Koudekerke on the edge of ’t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden, you have Dune dune views from Dishoek. It's enjoying peace, space and nature. With a little luck, you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After having blown out on the beach, you will come home and you can enjoy a cozy fire.
