Javier's house is a real haven. We spent 2 nights at 10 and slept very well. The view is absolutely beautiful, the house is clean and the garden is peaceful. Everything was perfect! The communication and instructions were very clear. Thanks again Javier for a great stay!

A spectacular house to spend a few days with friends or family. Conditioned to be all together and comfortable. Fully equipped and very spacious house and very cool pool area. We'll definitely repeat it.

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very kind and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.

The accommodation is a fantastic house. The garden with pool is wonderful. Beautiful lighting for the night. Very good bathrooms and comfortable beds. This is how to enjoy a vacation. Recommended 110%. Manuel was very attentive and pleasant at all times. He responds quickly and gave us the facilities we need. Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

The house is brilliant with everything you need, bbq, pool and lots of indoor and outdoor space. I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

The apartment was very clean, bed really comfortable and bathroom squeaky clean. Great location close to metro stations, restaurants, playgrounds for kids, clubs, etc. very walkable area and always felt very safe.

The listing is exactly as expected. It is true that the room with a bathroom was more uncomfortable than we thought, since there is no privacy because there is no door. Everything else was very comfortable, the living room was super cozy, and there were duvets in the closet in case we were cold. The bathroom with soaps, all very complete. The courtyard with plenty of space for cars, the truth is that the stay was perfect

Perfect location right between Madrid and Toledo. Super nice, big house with Spanish flair but modern standards. Very clean and good amenities especially in the kitchen. Beds were too hard for our taste. The garden invites you to relax and is very private and eye-protected. Small info: There is now a room with two single beds (90x200cm) and one bathroom is quite freshly renovated. Great, large shower! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thanks to the host family.

The house is in a natural, quiet and beautiful environment. It is very clean as seen in the photos and very well equipped. And both Carlos and his wife were very attentive in case we needed anything.

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

We loved this place and had an incredible weekend! The pool was great, we used the barbecue, and the surrounding mountains and view of the lake are lovely.

You can't have more for less. It has everything you need and more. We appreciate things like salt, sugar, oil, Cola Cao, coffee capsules... nothing is missing. The house is very well cared for and the recreation area is fantastic. There were 10 of us, and we had a wheelchair. Fully accessible and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room in the rooms. The saltwater pool is amazing, plus you have beach/pool towels that you normally take, because here you have them and they're great. The barbecue is large, perfect for 10. The area is quiet and has options for hiking or going to the San Juan reservoir. If you need things, it's close to the village. In short, a fantastic weekend, thanks to how well we were in the house.
