Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen's cottage area with proximity to cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Kläppens ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes' drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage accommodates: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that in the bedded position is 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

The apartment is conveniently located on the 1st floor with elevator connection from the parking basement with electric car chargers, common sports room with bicycle parking, grease shed, ski locker and bicycle workshop. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

Despite the pleasant feeling of nature and undisturbed location, you are about 4 kilometers away from Lindvallen's city center with everything from a new shopping area, ski slopes and adventure pools to hotels, shops and restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped with 10 beds spread over two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with space for 10 people. Newly built mountain cabin (2024) located in scenic Gräsheden's Vildmarksby. Approximately 10 minutes to Stöten ski resort, approximately 25 minutes to Sälenfjällens facilities and approximately 40 minutes to Trysil. Next to the cabin, there are cross-country ski trails 3 and 8 km and snowmobile trails. In summer, there are nice hiking trails around the area and it is 2 km to Södra Kungsleden. 500 m to Görälven for fishing, 25 min to Rörbäcksnäs with its well-known mountain bike trails. There are also several swimming areas within a few km distance. Sauna!

Velkommen til vår tradisjonelle fjellhytte som tilbyr den perfekte blandingen mellom plassen du trenger og den koselige hyttefølelsen. Hytta har alle bekvemmeligheter du trenger og som en ekstra bonus kan du nyte en dukkert i boblebadet eller kose deg med en kopp te foran peisen. Sengetøy og håndklær kan bestilles mot tillegg i prisen, NOK 200,- pr. person (sengesett + et stort og et lite håndkle). Forlat hytta med en lett opprydding og vi vil gjøre storrengjøringen etter at du har dratt.

En fristående stuga på privat tomt med fyra bäddar. Stugan har ett dubbelrum (160 cm), ett sovrum med en våningssäng, ett allrum med Smart-TV och fullutrustat kök (utan diskmaskin) samt ett badrum med WC och dusch. Vid avresa ska alla utrymmen städas och lämnas som vid ankomst. Lakan och handdukar ingår inte. Rörbäcksnäs ligger i anslutning till Sälenfjällen och erbjuder en mängd friluftsaktiviteter hela året runt. Stugan har närhet till cykelleder och byns badplats.
