Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Brzac

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Wir waren insgesamt 6 Tage bei Damir im Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war äußerst herausragend - vor allem die Aussicht mit dem Pool. Da Damir direkt nebenan wohnt, waren die Kommunikationswege kurz. Ansonsten war alles super sauber und ruhig. Falls wir nochmal vor Ort sein sollten, werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Appartement mitten in Istrien! Ideal, um in kurzer Zeit Rovinj, Pula oder Opatija zu erreichen. Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, perfekt ausgestattet. Emanuela und ihre Familie haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und uns sogar ihren Weinkeller gezeigt - samt Verkostung. Liebevoll restauriertes Steinhaus mit gepflegtem Garten und Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen!

House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Helena ist eine der freundlichsten Gastgeber die wir je hatten. Sie war immer erreichbar und mehr als hilfsbereit. Sie stellt nicht nur eine Unterkunft bereit sondern ein zu Hause auf Zeit. Wir haben uns in diesem traumhaften Haus mehr als wohl gefühlt und keinerlei Dinge zu bemängeln. Die Ausstattung ist super, vor allem die überdachte Außenküche mit Grill hat es uns angetan. Für unser Baby wurde ein Reisebett bereitgestellt und für uns gab es ein Erstversorgungskörbchen mit Frühstück. Durch den ummauerten Garten hatten wir es super entspannt mit dem Hund und ausnahmslos jeder hatte eine schöne stressfreie Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit zurückkommen!

Ines war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Alles hat uns rundum zufrieden gestellt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit tollem Pooll und ruhig gelegen. Perfekt zum abschalten. Ines ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist toll. Von aussen ein nicht so schöner Wohnblock für 8 Parteien aber die Wohnung selbst einfach großartig. Der Host reagiert sofort und wir wurden sogar mit einer Flasche Wein und Keksen begrüßt. Zum Kieselstrand ist es ca 10min steil bergab über Treppen und am Schwimmbad vorbei. Leider gab es weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme am Strand zu leihen. Nur nackte Grosskiesel in praller Sonne. Nachts war es bei offenem Fenster bis spät in die Nacht recht laut. Die Strasse verläuft ca 20m vorm Fenster und einige Hunde haben sich lautstark durchgehend unterhalten. Aber man kann ja auch die Klimaanlage nutzen und die Fenster schließen;-) Das Bett war sehr hart- erst nach 3 Nächten hatten wir uns dran gewöhnt... Insgesamt eine tolle Basisstation für Ausflüge in jede Richtung und um freundliche Kroaten kennenzulernen. Anfang Juni machten dann auch einige Lokale am Strand wieder auf und eine Bar gibt's neben dem Schwimmbad.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super schön und sehr sauber; die Küche toll ausgestattet - alles wie auf den Fotos. Der nahegelegene Kiesstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - mit netter Strandbar zum Wohlfühlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - wir mögen es gerne etwas ruhiger, der Strand war nicht überlaufen. Zum Einkaufen und für des Restaurantbesuch benötigt man aber das Auto.

E' la seconda volta che abbiamo trascorso la Pasqua a Porat nell'appartamento di Sanja e Davor Sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è molto confortevole e la zona è tranquilla ideale per la famiglia e relax. Soggiorno indimenticabile anche questa volta......

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft und würden sie sehr empfehlen. Das Meer ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar und es befinden sich viele Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Matije war sehr unkompliziert und er was so nett uns vom Flughafen abzuholen, da wir noch kein Auto hatten. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal nach KRK!

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

Appartamento arredato stupendamente, moderno con tutto l’occorrente anche per una lunga vacanza. Anche se io non ho trovato il phon. Macchina del caffè, zucchero e succo di frutta! Tutto quello che mi serviva per una notte. Peccato non esserci stata più tempo!

Die Wohnung mit der überdachten Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Man hat direkten Zugang zum Strand und zur Promenade. Sie läd zu kleinen Spaziergängen ein. Es waren 12 wunderschöne Tage.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Es war alles wie Beschrieben und man hatte einen wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer. Ksenija war immer erreichbar wenn etwas war und sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Filip war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Pool – ein echtes Highlight! Der ältere Herr, Filip’s Vater, war ebenso unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Filip hat uns sogar am Abreisetag etwas länger im Apartment gelassen und uns alle Apartments gezeigt.Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

Toplo priporočam bivanje v tem čudovitem stanovanju! Lokacija je naravnost izvrstna – mirna in prijetna, idealna za sprostitev. Stanovanje samo je izjemno svetlo, kar skupaj s prelepim razgledom ustvarja resnično posebno vzdušje. V njem sem se počutil naravnost odlično in sproščeno. Gostitelj si zasluži posebno pohvalo. Bil je izjemno odziven in vedno na voljo ter je z veseljem poskrbel za vse moje želje. Zaradi njegove gostoljubnosti je bilo bivanje še toliko prijetnejše.

Wir waren vom 19. bis 25. Mai 2025 bei Sara in Pula (Valkane) zu Gast und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Sara ist eine herzliche, offene Gastgeberin, die fließend Italienisch und Englisch spricht. Wir hatten das Apartment 1 eine sehr saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Klimaanlagen und einem kleinen Balkon. Alles war super gepflegt, die Toilette und das gesamte Apartment blitzsauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war traumhaft! Die Lage ist ruhig, mit schönem Garten und sogar frischen Früchten – gleichzeitig ist alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Strand, Altstadt), schnell erreichbar. Sara hat uns alles genau erklärt und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!
