The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Medena 1

Apartment Medena 1 is located in the town of Cres in the area of Melin II on the ground floor of a private house. The distance from the center and the beach is 250 m. The accommodation includes a fenced yard with a garden and free parking, as well as a sunbathing and barbecue area. The unit includes a room with a TV and air conditioning, a separate bathroom and a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and other kitchen utensils. Free WiFi is available to guests. Furry friends are welcome throughout your stay.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

Newly renovated family heritage house, situated in the center of the village of Milohnic, just 12 km from the town of Krk and 3 km from the nearest beach. With only 53m2 this house became a pleasant holiday home. The kitchen is modern and has all the appliances. We are in Krsan, a small town near Labin. In the village, 500 meters away, you have a shop, a cafe bar, a restaurant. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price. The pool has no heating.
