This apartment was comfortable and clean. It was easy to get in following the directions, and I got excellent sleep there. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer because it was booked, as it usually is. Recommend!

Absolutely stunning in every way, this loft apartment in Niš, Serbia is *hands down* one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed in—Airbnb or otherwise. So much so, we extended our stay just to enjoy it a little longer. Bathed in natural sunlight from morning until evening, the space feels alive and invigorating. Every corner has been designed with intention and style, making it not only aesthetically pleasing but deeply functional. It’s the kind of place that instantly uplifts your mood and inspires creativity—ideal for both relaxing and getting things done. What truly sets this loft apart is the owner's meticulous eye for detail. From clever storage solutions to the warm, minimalist aesthetic and carefully curated decor, everything feels like it belongs in a “Never Too Small” architectural feature. The layout is smart, the design inspiring—motivating you to approach any task with clarity and focus. And then there’s the balcony: easily the best we’ve experienced. Thanks Irena!

A clean and nicely renovated apartment. Everything matches the description, the kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is perfect. Keep in mind that the apartment opens directly onto a busy road (although it wasn’t an issue at night), and there’s free parking available across the street. Lazar was a great and flexible host. I can definitely recommend this place for stopovers if Niš is a waypoint on your journey. However, if you’re planning to explore the city, be aware that the apartment is far from the center and main walking areas.

Apartment situated in the city centre, cannot be better if one don't have a car and need to explore city . Dragan was a great host and was very helpful.
