Karsiyaka is 10 minutes away from the beach, the bazaar and only 3 minutes walking distance to the metro. There are many restaurants and chain markets around the house. There is direct transportation from Izmir airport by metro. It is also 20 minutes by tranway to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers.
