We are 15 minutes from Pescara, 20 minutes from the sea of Francavilla and in 40 minutes you can visit both the beautiful Majella National Park and the beautiful Trabocchi Coast. We are also 7 minutes from the Pe Ovest-Ch highway exit and 15 minutes from the Chieti tollbooth (A24/25).

The Cottage in the City

Exclusive use apartment: 1 room with a double bed and exclusive bathroom plus living room-kitchen. On request, it can accommodate up to 4 guests, adding 1 room with 2 single beds. The accommodation is in the center of the city on the edge of the city park, set in a pretty small Art Nouveau building with a separate entrance surrounded by the green of centuries-old trees. New furnishings, large and bright rooms with bathrooms with shower and kitchen with induction hob and electric oven.

The Hunter's Shelter

Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests. First floor consists of equipped kitchen and living room with a very comfortable sofa (if necessary, sofa bed, 2 seats). Late 19th century apartment renovated respecting its history, with original flooring, original wooden fixtures and brick ceiling. You can relax in the garden under one of the city's rare palm trees. You can also take a walk on Corso Marrucino or in the Villa Comunale within walking distance.

La Casetta nel Borgo

Welcome to my cottage in Casacanditella. This small but cozy house is an ideal place for a relaxing stay. With its strategic location, in just 20 minutes you can easily reach both the mountains (Majella massif) and the sea (Adriatic beaches, including the famous Trabocchi coast). Nearby, about 3.5 km away, you can visit a splendid Baronial Castle where you can taste the best wines of the area, (Castello di Semivicoli).

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
