Sawmill Eschachthal Apartment Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into a slumber for the last few decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion to a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old sawmill was preserved, especially by the refurbished exposed beams. The house is located at an altitude of 900 m, so the climate is a bit rougher, but still very sunny in summer. The location on the Eschach is special, which invites you to swim in the summer.

Wildalm

Built in 1845, the apartment in Allgäu has been lovingly renovated and offers a cozy, inviting atmosphere. It has a garden that guests can use and is centrally located in the village, just steps from the supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy and hiking trails. Here, guests can enjoy numerous leisure activities such as hiking, cross-country skiing and swimming. Due to the structural features, it could happen that noise from the neighbors or other guests would be noticeable.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Welcome to our beautiful, modern and stylishly furnished, secluded apartment in the Allgäu. It has a bathroom with shower and a living/dining area with a separate bedroom with a large double bed. Two additional people can sleep on the comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. Underfloor heating everywhere. The stream rushes and cowbells ring. Own terrace and garden are in progress. Local tax of €2.50 per person per day is payable on site.

Ahegg is located at an altitude of 850 m to 1000 m and is a climatic health resort. In about 500 m there is a very nice pond that invites you to swim and in winter to ice skate. The Allgäu circular bike path leads directly past the house. In the immediate vicinity are wonderful opportunities for winter sports and hikes. By car you are in approx. 15 minutes in the city of Kempten, which invites you to enjoy nice restaurants and shopping.

Our vacation apartment is located in the picturesque Allgäu foothills of the Alps. Triangle Isny - Leutkirch - Kempten In a sunny location directly in the village center. The apartment is on the top floor of our detached house with its own entrance and a pretty, sunny south-facing balcony. It is generously proportioned (approx. 70 sqm) and ideal for 2 people. The roof beams have been left in place and give the apartment a cozy touch.

Whether you enjoy the sunset from the roof terrace overlooking the Allgäu Alps or plan a mountain bike tour and a hike directly from your apartment door - nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation here. In winter, you can start extensive tours at an altitude of 900 m with snowshoes and cross-country skis - directly in the climatic health resort - or explore all the Allgäu ski resorts within a 30 km drive.
